Sep 03,2020The worst experience I've ever had. They are advertising products on their site which are not in stock. I was only advised of this (after paying for an SKK pan) and was (first time round) refunded (it was during Covid in mid May). Was advised would be back in stock in a month later. So month later placed order again (which still showing available on their site the whole time). Advised again (after paying) not in stock but, as had refunded me b4, I decided to wait. In August I did -finally - receive the order - but the SKK pan bore no resemblance to that pictured on website. I emailed to ask about returning. No reply. So returned under my own cost. When item had been received by them (according to tracking), I emailed again to ask why return not acknowledged or refunded a week after it was received (it is now 2 weeks!). Got awful reply from owner Dan - basically curt and evasive and said hadn't yet unpacked to check it. I cannot believe the hassle and nightmare this order has caused me. Months and months of it. Still show no sign or refunding me for this. So BEWARE. Items shown on their website are NOT in stock and if you have a problem the 'nicely nicely approach' soon disappears. My next stop is to report them to trading standards... Shop elsewhere!

Aug 02,20202 orders of drinking glasses were to take 11 days. After 1 month, phoned shop & they were promised by Special delivery in a week. 2 weeks later, a bowl (the wrong order) arrived at 1 address, not by Special Delivery, with details of another customer, including her mobile telephone number. The other order hasn’t arrived at all.

Jul 21,2020I ordered a mug which was discontinued and out of stock everywhere. I ordered on the Thursday, K&Q contacted me on the Friday to advise that the item was in stock and then I got another notification to say it had shipped. The parcel arrived with me Monday and I was able to fully track it. Fantastic service!

Jul 10,2020I ordered 6 plates from here. I was fully prepared for a delay in delivery due to current circumstances, but the plates were delivered within a couple of days. The wrapping was also excellent, there was no way those plates could've damaged. And the plates are lovely, so I am super happy and would 100% order from here again!

Apr 30,2020I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and received my parcel today, Thursday, at 10.40am. Brilliant service and, considering the current lockdown situation, extremely efficient. Well done to the courier service too...Parcel Force? The Kings and Queens website was easy to use, offering a great choice of gifts and I was very pleased to find a perfect gift for a golden wedding anniversary. The tracking system was also very good, giving an accurate picture of where my parcel was and when it would arrive. Thank you everyone
