I have been looking for willow pattern salad plates and soup bowls to top up my service as some have been broken. I would normally not order on line as I like to see goods before I buy. I am very pleased with goods and delivery time..

First time I have bought from Kings and Queens and the service is exceptional. Ordered 14th Jan, immediately confirmed via email. Then emails following at every stage, to say items in stock, items in despatch, despatched and tracking information. Items arrived 16th January. I do a lot of online and never known service as good. Also prices competitive compared to other companies. I bought wedgwood vera wang frames and they came in presentation boxes too. Amazing company to deal with.

It's no exaggeration for me to say that Kings and Queens has an outstanding record of customer service with me. I have placed many recent orders with them. Queries related to product availability and likely delivery times have on every occasion been answered promptly and fully. The website is easy to use; product features are comprehensive.

I'm very happy with my William Morris design laptray. Being post hip joint surgery it is very useful. The tray was well packaged and speedily delivered. However, Parcel force left the package with a neighbour without leaving a note.

Fantastic service, arranged a fast delivery directly from Wedgwood to meet a tight deadline. As always the price was very competitive, really recommend the company, lovely people to deal with.

My order was originally out of stock but the communication by this company was exceptional. I had a call immediately giving me an estimated delivery so that I could confirm it fitted in my timescales. Then I had at least 4 other emails saying it was in stock, it had gone to dispatch, it had been dispatched and it had been delivered. Outstanding service.

Needed my item urgently, phoned and they confirmed straight away they had it and would dispatch immediately. Fantastic customer service and v happy with item. Ten out of ten.

The cutlery sets I ordered were not in stock. Customer Services rang me immediately to explain this and advised that they would be able to honour the order (if I would like), by sourcing all of the items individually for me. They kept me updated throughout the order process and of course there was no additional charge for them to do this. Great service, will use the company again.
