Dec 14,2024Very friendly reception and manipulated to buy extra 121€ insurance for two days despite already having an insurance with booking.com. Costco’s car rental immediately changed from 60€ plus full insurance coverage at booking.con to 181€. They tell you they can always fine a problem with the car if you don’t take their insurance. That to me doesn’t sound good at all. I regret ever hiring from this company and will never do it again. I hope they will refund 161 euros reserved on my card for fuel. All trust gone.

Dec 11,2024I booked a car from 7 to 9 December 2024 at Budapest office and was very happy. Transfer from airport to office and back to terminal arranged by Klass Wagen. That was my second booking from Klass Wagen. For sure the next time will apply again.

Dec 11,2024Habe über "billiger-mietwagen" gebucht. Alles gut funktioniert. In englischer Sprache telefonisch den Shuttle zum Flughafenterminal bestellt und nur 10 Minuten gewartet. Bei der Abgabe Sonntagmorgen um 07:00 Uhr kein Problem, da 24-Stunden-Öffnung. Unkomplizierte Abgabe und sofortiger Transport von der wenige Kilometer entfernten Verleihstation zurück zum Flughafenterminal. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dec 10,2024Permanent surface scratch that can be removed with ointment, cost us €762. Unacceptable, we could not check the car from the outside due to stages of rain on its surface. They tried to sell us additional insurance which together with the rental cost exceeded the leases of the big and branded rental companies. They set a trap by offering a low price and then charged us for the 15 centimeter scratch. Finally, for the first time I encountered that the car had to be delivered washed. Unacceptable. , the guy who picked up the vehicle at 5 o'clock in the morning immediately spotted it scratch of 15 centimeters, in the dark and with the light of his mobile phone. All this premeditated with the ultimate goal of illegal profit.

Nov 30,2024These people don’t know what customer relations is about. They are screaming with you. They are accusing you of not using the correct language and disrespecting them and they even threaten you that they will put you on a blacklist when you don’t agree with them. ( I thanked him for this comment so I don’t make the mistake of booking with them again in the future!) The Taxi drivers that took us from this place also said that we are not the first unsatisfied customer that they have picked up at this location with huge disappointment . I would recommend you to use any other car rental place at the airport than these people. Answer to your respons: It’s lovely to see that you copied the email answer you sent to me into this post, you signed it in the email so I know that the one conducting the investigation was the same person that sat next to the one that I was talking to so for me, this is just covering your own bullshit. I hope nobody else gets to experience your lovely hospitality if they don’t take the insurance that you try to force on them, or the extra fees for the highway sticker that is already paid for on the car. Hope you have a wonderful life. Take care. PS thank you for putting me on the “blacklist” so I don’t buy mistake in the future even try to rent a car from you guys.
