Jan 17,2025Read some not so good ratings, but my experience overall was very good. Pick up from airport and back fast. Got reminder and offer for insurance, but I made over the platform - smooth agreement for this. Car was in good condition technically (had some other experiences with others in past). Overall smooth process, good treatment!

Jan 14,2025Via een broker boekten we een auto bij Klass Wagen. Allereerst werd er op een onsympathieke manier druk op ons gelegd om een extra verzekering af te sluiten van 40 euro per dag, terwijl we die verzekering al veel goedkoper hadden via de Economycarrentals. In het contract met de broker stond dat een creditcard met alleen een voorletter voldoende was, maar Klass Wagen ging niet akkoord (ondanks dat ze zelf akkoord zijn met de voorwaarden van Economycarrentals) waardoor we 120 euro extra moesten betalen. Ga niet met dit bedrijf in zee, ze lijken goedkoop maar uiteindelijk ga je veel meer betalen dan bij welk bedrijf dan ook. Boek ergens anders, er zijn genoeg andere en betere autoverhuurders. Na het versturen van deze review kreeg ik een reactie waarin stond dat ik bij het ophalen van de auto meerdere opties had gekregen. Dat is absoluut niet waar. De enige keuze was 120 euro betalen of geen auto meekrijgen. Dus hierbij de waarschuwing nogmaals op te passen met deze verhuurder. De kosten kunnen flink oplopen, bij bijvoorbeeld een week autohuur gaat het al om 280 euro bijbetalen en omdat het kantoor niet op de luchthaven zit maar enkele kilometers verder kan je ook niet makkelijk naar een andere verhuurder gaan.

Jan 13,2025We were driven 10 minutes from the airport to the KlassWagen and were presented with an extra bill of 155 euros and a deposit of 160 euros which we had to pay upfront. The alternative was a deposit of 2400 euros. And as they said, we always find something when you drop off the car. At Rental Cars, we had bought full insurance, which we could use NOTHING for. SUCH bad advice.

I was also able to check-in my documents before to get to the office and once there it took just 2min to get my car! The car was pretty new, 20k km. Good milelage! I reserved a full insurance and I didn't need to check all the small marks on the car! Very happy how all went!

Jan 11,2025We tried to rent a car with our visa creditcard. The guy said we couldn’t rent a car because we were not able to show our full creditcardnumber on the app. The 4 last digits on the creditcard corresponded with the 4 last digits in the app on my phone and the initials corresponded as well. This is enough for companies like sixt and Avis to rent a car and even the support manager from visa had never heart of such a weird credit card denial.
