Jan 22,2025We reserve a car on booking.com reservation nr 719840832.When we arive surprise all data of reservation was change instead of 2300 deposit they want 2800 euro ,and because main driver don't have credit card (just wife =hire I need to mention on real serious rental company like avis or sixt were i rent before don't was a problem) their want extra money 130 euro to change driver.To be short Robery.I lose 70 euro and se you never.For those ho know hungarian:Olcso husnak hig a leve.This text was in English ,sorry for AI translate.

Jan 21,2025Laat je geen extra verzekering aanpraten. Wij huurden al 2x in Roemenië ZONDER extra verzekering. In Hongarije sloeg de sfeer om toen we de extra verzekering weigerden. De VERKOPER zei dat ik 'dapper' was en dat 'niemand dit doet'. Uiteindelijk overhaalde hij mij met de leugen dat het verplichte wegenvignet €30 kostte en dit inbegrepen was als we de extra verzekering namen. Dom van ons om hier op in te gaan want uiteraard hebben al hun wagens zo een vignet en kan je dat heel gemakkelijk online aankopen €18,80 voor 10 dagen. De wagen zelf (Fiat 500) was fijn in orde. Volgende keer huur ik er weer, maar negeer ik de vervelende verkopers.

I have rented vehicles many times out of Budapest airport and this was by far the best experience. Will definitely be using Klass Wagen everytime in the future.

Jan 20,2025Last weekend, I rented a car from Klass Wagen again( after many-many years of very good experiences) now just, only for one day, and as always, I was completely satisfied with everything. At first, I was worried because I had a small problem with the reservation (by accident, the reservation was fixed for the previous day), but they reassured me that everything would be fine and they actually arranged the reservation in a minute and we were able to talk about the details. It was Tünde Molnár who helped me take over my car, who was really kind and helpful from the first moment to the last, so we finished the paperwork in a very good mood and absolutely quickly and precisely, and after just a few minutes I was able to get into another super car. Originally, I wanted to rent the car with a deposit, but Tünde very kindly offered the option of insurance and told me such a perfect price for the rental, including insurance, that I had nothing to think about, it was clear that I chose it. Of course, as always, the car was new, perfect, clean and very well maintained. And as always, the other staff of the company were extremely kind, polite and helpful. I really like the Klass Wagen, I have rented a car in many places in the world, but I have never met such a good car rental company anywhere. I can very warmly recommend everyone to rent a car from Klass Wagen, whether for a short or long term. BUD-188712122340522

Jan 18,2025Scammers, we pre booked car hire with this company. Upon arriving they said they didn’t have a sheet with the scratches already on the car and that we couldn’t inspect because the car was all frosted. They said if they found any 2cm scratches they would email us within the months and they would be chargeable of €1200 euros each scratch. The people before us were also complaining of the same problem. The man was sat wearing sunglasses and an Hawaiian shirt at 9pm in the middle of winter gave proper scam vibes we left without the car and meant we could enjoy our holiday without having to worry about any scratches which may have already been on the car. I’d advise going with an legitimate hire company and not this backstreet one.
