Said the book was delivered on February 18th, never received it and can't get any answers
DO NOT USE!!! When I sent the book I rented back they charged me $170, the book arrived in the same condition they sent it to me in. It was a well used book that I used twice, I didn’t cause the damage and I guarantee they still send that book to people and charge them $170.
If i could give them 0 Stars i would. I paid a little over $113 for a book it was $89 but i need it fast so i paid $25 for faster shipping. The next morning im told my order is canceled saying their was irregularities in my payment. So i did the get in contact thing and emailed them i got a email from them basically saying that their canceling my order, refunding me and giving $5 store credit. Like what the hell is $5 compared to a $113 dollar order. I need this for my class this week that why i paid the $25 shipping fee but they cancel it "does not mean we feel you are attempting to perpetrate fraud or that your customer information was stolen" i call bull. So whats so irregular with the shipping and delivery adress different but the names and number the same. I will never use this website again and ill find something else to get my textbook.
Beware! Returned a looseleaf textbook that was taped all around and in a thick padded envelope and had the proof of dropping it off at the UPS retailer and even a picture of the package at drop off. Knetbooks recorded that they only received 2 pages - the front and back page. They didn't take a picture of the envelope, only the 2 pages. I had to file a UPS claim, but they refused to provide a picture of the received package to UPS Claims, so it could not be processed. There was no recourse for me and I was charged for the full purchase price in addition to the rental. So rent with caution that you will have no recourse if they say they didn't receive your return or it was in a different state than you sent it.
Book is in great conditions, I just ordered a little late and arrived late for school.
Textbook never came, customer service ignores me. Now I’m out $130 and don’t have my book for this class I spent thousands on. DON’T USE KNETBOOKS
I was excited about finding this company because they had reasonable rental rates, but I had to return my rental early because my professor changed her mind about what textbook she was going to use. between their BS "restocking fee" and their "prepaid" shipping label that I had to pay for, I lost $25, which was nearly a quarter of what I paid to begin with. I'm lucky that I have a 9 to 5 but this takes advantage of students who likely have little cash to spare. will avoid renting from this scam company in the future.

Book did not ship when it was supposed to, and the company had no idea when it would ship. I could not wait for it because my class was starting. This was my first interaction with this company, and they proved to be unreliable. I will not order from them again.
I returned a book in fine condition but was told it is now unusable and was charged for the book. When I asked for explanation on why it is unusable, they ghosted me. Of course will never use them again.

I ordered a textbook for my daughter, waited over 2 weeks to receive it, and when it finally arrived the package was empty, no book. I then opened a live chat to tell them what happened, and the first person I talked to told me to contact the USPS then ended the chat. After trying 4 more times to open a live chat again, I finally talked to someone who wanted to do their job and was issued a refund.
