Nov 09,2021Bad quality, they rip immediately/feel thin and cheap. Not to mention I cancelled and deleted my account and they continued to charge me again. They haven't responded to my emails requesting a solution.

Oct 29,2021Ive ordered from Knotty Knickers about 4 times. And i finally had to call it quits. Theres no refunds or exchanges, so if the fit is bad (very common) you’re just out the money. They put the wrong address on my package and told me it was my fault even though they had successfully delivered to me here in the past. They added “extras” without my permission and used the “no refund” policy to make me pay for them. I tried politely explaining that i didn’t appreciate the unauthorized charge and they tried to convince me that i placed it and ‘forgot’ Completely unacceptable business practices

Oct 28,2021Bad customer service. I would say 1/3 of the panties actually fit. And a rude response when I complained that they didn’t fit. Took me months to cancel. Do not recommend. Also the materials were very uncomfortable and I literally wear none of them now.

Oct 28,2021I was charged for months after I canceled. Out of the 6 packages I was charged for I only received 2. They were very unhelpful on resolving this issue. The first package was ok. The second I received was very cheap and fell apart the first time I wore them.

Oct 28,2021Do NOT buy from these people, they will steal your money and not send you products. I've been missing my items since May. $87.22 I have been charged now. I moved in April and updated my address and they've been sending to my old place this whole time. Never once did they refund me for returned items. It is illegal to open mail that is not registered to you so no one else could take this package.

Oct 25,2021I've only given one star as zero isn't an option. I've been trying for months to cancel my subscription, emails are unanswered, you can't cancel via your account as it let's you do everything except cancel. Time to get my bank involved. Very easy to sign up, very difficult to stop paying

Oct 21,2021Don't bother ordering. They aren't true to size. All my underwear fit fine. If I buy the same size from KK they are not even close, so small they are in comfortable. Don't reach out to customer service. No return. No refunds. Your stuck with crappy made underwear that are way too small.

Oct 20,2021Terrible product and even worse customer service. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months but their cancellation process never seems to work. Funny how the ordering process works great and so does the process to update my credit card info, but not so much with the cancellation option. I have sent multiple emails asking for the subcription to be cancelled and have received no response. However, they do make sure to repeatedly spam my inbox with requests for me to update my payment information so that they can send the product I don't want. I cancelled my subscription myself by removing my payment info and they still haven't gotten the message. Shady business practices. Plus the products I did receive were itchy and wouldn't even stay up. Total fail and wish I had never tried them.

Oct 15,2021I cancelled my subscription today. The customer service is terrible. The quality also seems less than stellar. I ordered the Halloween jammies and the shorts fit but the top was easily 4 sizes smaller than the tag said. They wouldn't refund me, just offered me 20% off my next extras purchase. That's $35 literally wasted. Do not recommend.

Oct 11,2021Quality is okay. It's cheap underwear and they will not last long. After a few months, some of them are no longer in good shape. Yes, they are really cute and have interesting design, but you need to keep them coming, since they will not last. Customer service and terms and conditions: I canceled my subscription in September, because my drawer was a bit too full. My last order was in August and I didn't receive it. I ask for an investigation since it's all with a tracking number. 1st : You have 15 business days to make a claim. After that. their service is limited. They were able to give my tracking number and that's it. 2nd: Apparently in order to access my account, they need an active subscription. So they renew my subscription, 2 days before my billing date, so I'm the proud owner of another package... Since it's all in their terms and conditions, no refund for me. Should I have read the terms and conditions in details ? Yes, that's my mistake (I will pay more attention next time), but to need an active subscription to access my account doesn't make any sense. Well, that will be my last order with them :)

Oct 07,2021The first package I received I was very excited and the panties were adorable. However, one pair did not fit and one pair tore during the first wear. Got my second package, same issue as above. Decided that I should cancel my subscription due to personal reasons and the fact that the quality and consistency of sizing were a bit off. And now their page is telling me I do not have an account with my email that they are still sending my order confirmations too and are STILL sending me the same problematic undies! I have emailed customer service 2 times now and I am still waiting on a response. Trying to avoid canceling my card, but I may need to just do that.

Oct 05,2021Horrible service, i had ordered a few items off of them which never arrived and there was no proof of them arriving or being delivered as i had asked my local mail carrier. They refuse to refund me or send the products too me and told me if i want to get the product i will have to rebye them.

Oct 01,2021Poor quality. Did not send items that matched my preferences at all. Sizing is small. Too tight. I’ve worn the same size for years and these were too small, was easy to order and seemed like it would be fun if the quality and sizing was correct.

Oct 01,2021I only got 1 decent looking pair out of each box, sometimes they were all ugly. They literally sent me a plain light grey g string... I am 5'4, 115lbs and the small was too small and the mediums were way too big. I usually wear medium and have never had an issue anywhere else.

Sep 28,2021Never got my package. They don’t provide tracking info so you are BLIND from the moment you order. Their support also takes way too long to respond and I haven’t gotten a response since asking for a refund for over a week now. DONT RECOMMEND

Sep 18,2021Do not buy from this company. I signed up for the service and despite never receiving the product, they continued to charge me. Their only email to me said that they do not deliver to the United States from Canada without a fee and I said that I was not interested. I have sent email after email to them with no response. They continue to harass me to order more services that I will undoubtedly never receive. Don’t give this company your credit card.

Nov 10,2021This place is a low key scam . So I ordered a set I chose 3X and it changed it to XS, I would’ve totally thought it was me but the same happened to my friend. When I emailed they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s too far into processing I sent that email as soon I hit order. But they don’t have any other way to get ahold of them other then email that takes a few days. Then they weren’t able to see my account because I canceled the membership and had to turn my membership back onto get help. For them to tell me sorry nothing they can do, guess who just got charged again for something that was canceled it’s a total scam,
