Jul 17,2021Received empty envelope: I received my package, and after accidentally ordering from the wrong company thinking it was something different, I ended up placing an ordering in April 2021. I've already had the worst experiences with this company but this time I received an empty envelope. It's funny because that's the second time this has happened. I also never received an order before that so I think altogether I got 1 order successfully out of 4. Use some better envelopes than a paper one. What a joke!

Jul 10,2021UPDATE - they JUST emailed me today. 2 years later, asking why I gave a poor review. I stand by my response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I emailed them about 5 times over the last month and have not received ANY REPLY. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have cancelled my subscription due to this. They do not have a phone number so how are you suppose to talk to someone???

Jul 08,2021Well I should have known it was too good to be true right, you pay for what you get. But what harm could 2.99 or so a month be right? AND you could cancel at any time. WRONG!! I’ve asked for the last 2-3 months for my account to be cancelled and I’m told I must do it myself within their platform/my account. Ok - no problem however whenever I go to do that I’m told my email address isn’t recognized. Funny, they recognize it every month when it’s time to charge and ship my order.

Jul 01,2021Typically have smooth transactions, however, when an error was made with my order and an item I'd purchased was not shipped out, the customer service team was argumentative and tried to insist that there was no way that could have happened. They did thankfully agree to resend the item after a lot of inquiry! The underwear quality is also average, and starts to fray after a couple of washes.

Jun 25,2021Seen an advertisement on Facebook and ordered these for my girlfriend. I can't believe people are on here complaining over $4 underwear. Is it the best quality underwear in the world. Not really. Is it an amazing deal for the price, yes. It's a good idea to throw away underwear every few months anyways so it's nice to get a few pairs every month and the styles are cute and fun and she enjoys getting it in the mail. I don't mind paying the $4 a month to keep her happy. All you haters out there need to get a life instead of writing reviews about $5 underwear.

I subscribe to the sugar and spice package and I’ve been enjoying them other than the fact that some of the crotch pocket things are sewed waayyy too far towards the butt, and trust me I’m not wearing them backwards which completely bothers me. There was only one pair that sucked from the rubber, stretchy material they were made from. If knotty knickers had a review page on their webpage I would suggest to fix the crotch pocket thing. And honestly if they don’t fix it I think I’m going to unsubscribe soon because when my crotch isn’t protected by that pocket it is REALLY uncomfortable and honestly will be the end of my subscription (even though I do kinda love my subscription)

Jun 18,2021EDITED 2023-10: this company is so desperate to remove bad reviews that I just got an email 2 years after writing this review saying my review was going to be removed by them if I didn't provide full order number and my personal contact info. I just have. This review stays. ---- I only received one month worth of panties before cancelling. The quality and fit was subpar but I figured that I didn’t pay a lot of money so that was to be expected. The truth is you can get much better quality underwear for the same price elsewhere. I guess what I got was cute. For this I give them 1 star. Now for the very bad parts. First, one of the pairs I received was absolutely ridiculous. Frayed in places, bundles of cloth smooshed together on the crotch and one of the leg holes was sewn in half, leaving two forearms holes instead of one leg sized hole… unwearable. When I tried to return it, I saw that they do not accept return. So I have this absolutely useless piece of clothing that is only good for the garbage can and that I paid for. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe, I noticed that they hid the button on purpose and made the whole process of unsubscribing very very difficult (which is probably why people are still being charged when they think they’ve unsubscribed). You need to click that you are unsubscribing several times and the last one is hidden on purpose. This is a really horrible way to do business. I’ve never been so disappointed with an online purchase and company. So shady.

Jun 04,2021Terrible, fraudulent company. Haven't sent subscription products since December. Customer service sends cut and paste messages claiming to investigate and never follow up. They also 'reactivate' subscriptions without permission claiming they can't access details for their 'investigation' on an inactive account. That's a lie, I am a business owner and have used the same platform (Shopify). I've reported all charges to my bank as fraud and reported them to Shopify. Everyone needs to report them to Shopify as well as their bank so they can be deplatformed. This is not the way to do business.

Jun 01,2021If I could give 0 stars I would! Save your money! I wanted to try them out so I made a purchase which I thought was a one time purchase. I emailed them the SAME DAY my card got charged and asked them to cancel. They gave me a bs excuse that they couldn’t refund me my money (a complete lie as the have the ability to do so especially if it’s the same day which was a weekend..) Looking at the reviews below I’m not the only one they steal from!

May 29,2021I signed up for a 3 month subscription. This company has been charging me for over a year. They don't even have my current address. I have sent many emails. $13 a month they steal from me! Plus, nothing ever fit me. I even went up a size. Worthless!

May 28,2021I am surprised by all of the negativity. I am paying 4 dollars a month and have been receiving the cutest underwear and it also is good quality and fits perfectly. Sometimes it seems like it takes a while to get to me but that is my only complaint. I have had no issues and love every piece that I’ve received so far

May 24,2021This company has been charging me without consent now for months. They won't let you unsubscribe via customer service and when you try to cancel the sub by logging in there are log in glitches and they do whatever they can to get a bunch more payments out of you. This is a scam. They send cheap underwear that cost them 6 cents to get and then provide zero customer service. This company should be audited and taken offline.

May 23,2021Cheap quality and so uncomfortable. Plus they make cancelling super difficult. Definitely do not recommend this subscription or even a single purchase. Update: almost 3 years later the company tried to delete my review unless I supply the info from the original order. Luckily I still had access to my account and was able to give it to them. Now I can say the company has questionable ethics as well. Steer clear.

May 18,2021I loved their advertising, but my first (and only) pack of 3 panties was of such low quality that one didn't even survive one wash (in a lingerie bag on delicate in cold) without starting to fray. The other two are a mesh fabric that from past experience I know will not stand up with normal use. They are inexpensive because they are poor quality so be aware!

May 14,2021I love love love this subscription! I was skeptical at first, but right from the first month the underwear have been awesome quality and so comfortable! So happy with my subscription and would highly recommend. I'm on my fifth month and won't be stopping.

Jul 17,2021I never received my order. Customer service interrogated me saying I must have not checked my mailbox or searched the post office (what even?). I cancelled my subscription because I’m not going to continue subscribing when I’m not receiving orders. They refused to help me without an active subscription, and then reactivated it without my permission. They ask for me to wait conveniently past the renewal date so I’d be forced to pay again in hopes of receiving what I originally paid for. Avoid this company. It’s a scam.
