I was subscribed to Knotty Knickers for a year, and thought they were great up until now. I moved and changed my address on the website but it still sent my package to my old address, which i cannot go to. I figured maybe I accidentally didn't hit save and said oh well, But then I changed my address again, and it STILL sent to my old address. So i’ve wasted my money twice now for no reason. I sent them an email and they were not helpful AT ALL. I asked them to send it to my new address and they told me that there was nothing they could do, that they cannot cancel an order that had been sent out. I emailed them again asking them to send me a refund or i will not be supporting them anymore. They emailed back saying that my order has already been processed and they cant change or amend anything. Then they said that if my order was the wrong size or not a good fit that they would offer me a one time discount of 10% off which was totally unrelated. Really pissed off right now because ive wasted my money for no reason and they weren't helpful at all.

These are not worth the money, nice colours bit that's it. They are not good quality and each pair come in a seperate plastic packaging. Have had several shipments and none are great. Also difficult to cancel, I have cancelled online and emailed and yet every so often money is taken again

I had been impressed with them when they were a new company, mainly because of the amazing customer service. I took a break from them for a bit because the quality of the products was pretty low, then tried again a year ago. Over the last year of bimonthly shipments I've had to contact them about missing packages twice. The customer service has gone through the floor. I was blown away at how awful they've become. On the last one, some extras I ordered to take on a holiday, the package never showed up so I contacted them about it and they wasted days asking me the same questions over and over again, each question is own email, taking a full day to respond to my answers "Did you check your mailbox?", "Did you check with the post office?", "Can you confirm your address but sending us a picture of mail that actually showed up?" (Keep in mind they've gotten packages to this address before). Then they wanted time to "investigate" by this point it was clear that the order wasn't coming in holiday with me and I needed to go do some in person shopping before my trip. I asked them to cancel and refund the order rather than reship. They refused. They say they reshipped and never found the original order. I eventually got home from my holiday to find a package that had been opened, taped shut again, and opened again. Package was delivered wide open along the side of the envelope. By the time they finally got my package to me, it had been two months and my next billing date was upon us. They won't track a package of you've cancelled your subscription, so by taking so long to sort out the problem (not to my satisfaction) they forced me to buy another package despite the fact that I'd told them several times in the process that I wanted to cancel my subscription as soon as the missing package was sorted. When I mentioned this issue to them they said they couldn't cancel the order and refused to address my complaints about the process in any way.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I joined Knotty Knickers In September, 2020. I was happy with my first order, until I was charged for my next order in March and NEVER received it! I reached out to the company multiple times and never got a response. As a working mother, it slipped my mind until a few months later I get charged again. I yet again write them and ask for a refund and a cancellation. I also reminded them of the incident in March. They then, offered me a discount and would not cancel or refund my order. I had to dispute through my bank and cancel further charges. DO NOT do business with these people. They are thieves and will rob you.

If I could give them 0 stars i would. My first subscription never came. I emailed their customer service and they asked me if I checked my mailbox. Um.. are you serious? Yes, I check my mailbox you fools. Where else do i get my mail from? They claimed they resent it, but again.. did not receive anything. They're pretty good with taking your money though. So.. that's a thing. I was a new member and cancelled after 1 month.

This company has low quality underwear. They also have TERRIBLE customer service. My order did not make it to me because the company did not pay the correct postage on the package and the post office is returning to sender. Now they have several times for a MONTH told me once the package comes back they will reship but that my issue is with USPS not with them. WHAT?!?! So I paid them for this order but they screwed up and are keeping my money. Meanigless to say, I've canceled my subscription and will take my business elsewhere.

My husband got me a subscription when covid first hit and affected the works knowing I wouldnt be able to cross the border to purchase the under I so much loved. He knew my preferences so once I got my first set in the mail I fell in love. They are true to size so if you want give I'd go a size up, especially with lace. When I gor off birth control we tried the "period panties" honestly so good!!! They are double layered and thick. I have no fear knowing these panties save the day since my periods are spratic.

The sizes are way too small for what they should be on about 80% of the items I have received. I'm having to literally argue over email for this subscription to be cancelled as I can't seem to find the option to online. I have contacted them in January on Facebook to be told to email them, I have emailed them in July and it's honestly like they don't even bother listening to the customer and will do everything they can to stop you leaving, everything but providing good customer experience. Personally unless you are below size 16/18 I wouldn't bother, it's not worth it and unbelievably hard to cancel.

Do NOT recommend! What a terrible experience! Everything I got was uncomfortable. I canceled my subscription and deleted my account in July 2021. Their support team insists I still have a subscription on an account that has been deactivated, one I can no longer access. They are still charging my credit card without my permission. Thought I would share because they don't allow reviews on any of their social media platforms, blocked me from commenting on any of their posts and well.. if your thinking about it, just don't, there are so many other reputable subscription companies.

So for context I got this subscription as a gift for my girlfriend, and I pick up my packages in person from the post office (we've had several packages get stolen)... The shipping is not discrete in the slightest, as the name of the company is printed very clearly on the front of the package. I emailed them to see if they could do something to address this. Based on the response I got they only read half my email or skimmed it very poorly, because they replied saying "provide the new address and we'll update it for you", when that wasn't the point of my inquiry AT ALL. The customer service is p*ss poor at best, and I'll be canceling the subscription promptly after writing this. I'd give 0 stars if possible. I'm not hard to please, nor am I easily agitated by customer service as this isn't my first time dealing with it. That all being said, they left a horrible impression and won't won't receiving another cent from me. Take my advice, trust the negative reviews more than the positive ones.

I got 4 total pair of panties from them. 3 of them were amazing; really cute, comfy, stretchy, and I loved them. The 4th pair was not like the others. They had an elastic band that dug into your skin so bad that they actually left marks for a couple of days after. I think they even may have taken a tiny layer of skin off in a spot because it was really sensitive for a while. I emailed the company to see if I could get a refund or a replacement but they gave me the runaround about it saying that they don't accept returns. I wasn't trying to return them, I understand hygiene concerns, I just wanted a pair of panties that I had paid for that weren't painful to wear. After several emails realizing that they weren't going to compensate for these panties that I threw in the trash, I canceled my subscription. I didn't want to have it happen again and end up throwing away another pair of panties that I had paid for and wasn't getting reimbursed for. Bummer.

Love Knotty Knickers! Got a sub for myself and one for my daughter and we’ve both been impressed. Well made, well fitting knickers that are super comfortable. I love their ads using real women who haven’t been airbrushed too - a very refreshing take that encouraged me to subscribe. Love the different styles each month and the surprise when they come. The quality is good, they wash well and haven’t lost shape or elasticity.

I received my first package in a timely manner (about a week after I ordered – I live in Ontario) and they were cute BUT they tell you to order your size according to what you currently wear – which is a large for me. 2 of the 3 panties were too small. I gave those (begrudgingly) to my daughter who is a size smaller than me. Also, the one pair (they were lace) had threads and strings hanging off them all over. I was able to cut them off and that had no affect on them (just looks like they were cut with dull scissors) but as a first shipment, it didn’t look very pleasing to see. Also, the lace ones don't look like they will last for very long but I guess I will find that out in time. I have updated my size to XL for the next package. Fingers crossed that this one goes better. I also started with a Splendies sub just to compare the 2 – quality and sizing, to see if the extra cost of Splendies is worth it. I will also add that Knotty Knickers advertises they are a Canadian company (which was part of the appeal - to support a Canadian company for a change) but every single pair had the tag inside saying designed in Canada, made in China. Not exactly what I would call a Canadian Company.

When you first subscribe, it looks like you are receiving a subscription for 3 underwear but it is only one pair. Buyer beware, they really do not make it obvious and I don't have any respect for companies that do this sort of thing.

It’s cheap, the underwear is cheap, all of them have fallen apart. I have tried cancelling multiple times, and it was always listed as pending; however m, they kept charging me and sending me the packages. I finally went through PayPal and blocked any additional charges from them. Now I keep getting emails about how they’re trying to process my payment. I reached out to customer service, who gives stock answers and does not seem to read the complaint. My email address is not connected to an account any more (when I try to look up my email address) , and they keep telling me just to deactivate my account. I have received 2 more emails from them in the last day telling me that the charges are not processing. To the email they say isn’t attached to an account. 0/10 do not recommend

Quality is horrible!!! I received a total of 3 packaged and each piece had defects. I contacted customer service multiple times and they do not accept returns or exchanges unless the sizing is incorrect and in that case you need to send them a picture of yourself wearing the underwear with a measuring tape. After my first packaged I was so disappointed that immediately wanted to cancel my subscription, but their website is so poorly done that it no longer recognized my email. After trying multiple times I emailed them asking if they can cancel my subscription for me by witch they replied that this can only be done my myself and they reset my email and password for me. After 3attempts and 2 billing cycles later I have finally been able to cancel my subscription (hopefully)! Just to paint a clearer image of the quality, the dollar store has better quality than them. Stay away from them if you value good quality underwear and good quality customer service!

Appalling experience! Firstly they charged me for two subscriptions when I only made 1, secondly the material is s**t and the stitching is weak, and thirdly their patterns and materials are horrible along with not fitting correctly!

I signed up in March and received my first box promptly. I was not a fan of the fit so I canceled my subscription after I was charged for April's box. I still have not received my April box or a refund despite being in contact with customer service and providing my invoice number. Now, months later, Knotty Knickers has signed me up and charged my PayPal for July! I did not do this myself and am now jumping through hoops to have PayPal cancel these payments. I would not trust any company that takes it upon themselves to re-enrolled a customer in their services.
