May 12,2021Wish I could give ZERO ☆ Worst customer service ever!!! Products are subpar and if you have an issue with a order, they will only send more unwanted items. If you want a refund for products never received, they will ignore you. If you cancel and something goes wrong, they will not refund you. It's a big scam! They block/delete negative comments of FB. The will not answer their messenger either. Do Not Order These!

May 10,2021You definitely get what you pay for. I saw their ads about a year ago and saw only their positive reviews (which i now see if because the negative have been deleted) and thought it would be fun. After over a year of subscriptions, 3 pairs each time, i have maybe 2 pairs that actually fit or lasted longer then 3 wears. The quality is very low and never lasts. And i saw someone also say here that "it feels like they just pick out random sizes and say its an XL,XXL, ect." said it completely right. I even tried changing the size since almost every pair was too small and i swear they came in even smaller. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

May 05,2021They sent me an empty package, and when I emailed them about with pictures as proof, they insisted I was wrong and that they had not messed up. They pushed the blame off on me and on usps, but I received a package with usps stickers or tears and absolutely nothing inside it. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service and how rude they are in email, and I do not trust them in the future to send me my items without incident. Please do not give this company your money, they are not trustworthy.

I ordered 2x first time all three pairs didn’t fit (2 were way to small and 1 was HUGE!!) they offered a free pair on my next order (BS, I wanted a refund.) so I ordered again to give them a second chance and to get my free pair and they only send 2 pairs instead of 4 one which had a hole! I don’t understand why people are ranting and raving about this site being amazing. It’s not even close.

Apr 23,2021I had only received one month's worth and paid for four. I canceled but was still charged. Also really hard to cancel. So I ended up just canceling that card they had on file so I would stop being charged.

Apr 22,2021yes they are so cute and it’s fun to get panties in the mail. but honestly, don’t buy in to the hype. the quality is so bad, they are cute for 2-3 wears, then completely break down. i’ve even had a pair or two rip entirely so i just wind up throwing them out.

Apr 22,2021This company is disgusting and tried to steal money from me. I received one order from them and the panties were defective. They refused to refund me or replace them!! They would only offer a "discount" off my next pair. I decided to cancel right there. Two months later, at 4:30 AM, they re-activated my account and charged my credit card without my permission. I had to call my bank and put in a fraud report against them, which my bank is investigating. I emailed them about this and they acted like they did nothing wrong, they are scammers. I had to get a new credit card to ensure they don't try to scam me again. I put in two complaints with the BBB as well. They won't answer me, and filter their comments on Facebook so you never see the negative reviews. This should tell you enough about them, besides the fact that they committed an actual crime against me. Absolutely deplorable.

Apr 18,2021This company is a complete scam. They send off sizes, but only offer to change your size for the next month. Next size is also off. They refuse to cancel subscriptions, only offering a 50% off coupon for a new order. Why would I want another pair of Ill-fitting, cheap panties? I keep asking for instructions on how to cancel. But they ignore these requests, continuing to offer a different size. Nowhere on their site is a place to actually cancel. You just get pushed in a loop of links that go nowhere. I canceled my auto pay on PayPal, but I want them to cancel my account and remove all of my information from their system.

Apr 16,2021The best thing about this company is their marketing. Though it's a great idea, I found the quality of the undies to be very cheaply made, unflattering, and downright ugly. I kept the subscription going for a few months because I enjoyed making fun of the products they sent me with my friends, but cancelled it since it became wasteful. Out of the 6 panties I received, 1 is slightly wearable. But it's loose where it should be tight and tight where it shouldn't be tight. Keeping in mind that I'm a 5'11'' 64kg female, I'm typically a size M and have never had such ill-fitting underwear.

Apr 11,2021AWFUL! I've been trying to cancel for over 2 months now. It keeps giving me a "third party error". I've been emailing customer support and they said there's nothing they can do. I have to cancel it myself. I've sent screen shots of the error message, and they just told me to try a different browser. Which I've done. Quality is garbage, Customer service is useless. Stay far far away.

Apr 07,2021The styles are cute. The sizing is not. I am normally a large in allll other underwear I buy - my first shipment was WAY too big. I switched to medium. Was getting some pairs that were still too big, some too small. I had a subscription for 5 months and MAYBE got two pairs out of 15 that are wearable (and that’s being generous I think I chucked them all). None of them are comfy. No stretch, all the seams dig in. Just bad underwear.

Apr 07,2021I signed up for Knotty Knickers in December 2020, I ended up getting charged for 2 orders per month rather than 1. When I discovered this I attempted to cancel my order and I was not able to access my account at all, the site keeps telling me my email address does not exists even though I am getting emails from Knotty Knickers and I am still receiving orders and being charged. I have contacted support 3 times regarding canceling my account and I have received no answers or assistance. I do not recommend this subscription to anyone as it is impossible to cancel and support will not assist you in anyway. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Knotty knickers. Rating a 1 star

Apr 07,2021This company has AWEFUL customer service, practically non-existent. Everything is fine, until it's not all fine. As soon as you try and settle a dispute or discrepancy, you can't get a hold of an actual person. All you get are automated responses promising to get back to you, but nothing happens. Even after cancelling my subscription, they're STILL CHARGING ME. Every time I try and send and email, they send the same automated response. I've so sick of these poor quality companies!

Apr 06,2021I've had a subscription for several months. Sizing was a bit all over the place. But I liked the ones that fit. Then a package wasn't delivered even though I was charged. Customer service said I needed to check the post office even though I've explained I use informed delivery and it never made it to the post office. I repeatedly asked for an update and nothing. Customer service ignores me. It's been 2 weeks since they last replied. Awful! I'm thinking cancel now, forget the money lost and move on. I see them shutting down.

Apr 02,2021I love the concept and the positive body inclusivity the company promotes. However the sizing was bad, I’m a size 14 so went for L and the size was all over the place, sometimes they fit and others they were much too tight. The quality was so poor, after a couple of washes all of the elastic was sticking out and I’ve had to throw them in the bin. Avoid!!

May 12,2021They don't even deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give since I can't go any lower. I have been fighting with their customer services for weeks now. I moved near the end of March and a recent order was sent to my old address. It had been set up in the USPS system to forward all mail to my new address but somehow, USPS missed that and delivered it to my old address and are unable to do anything more. They sent me a letter to then send on to Knotty Knickers as proof that USPS can't do anything more on their end. So now I am fighting with customer service just to get my refund. This has been the WORST experience with any customer service I've ever had. Now they're telling me it could take up to 8 weeks for the package to be returned to them and then they'll resend it to my new address. I've demanded a refund at least 5 times now and they keep ignoring that. I've explained that the package isn't getting set back to them as it was delivered to whoever lives at the old address. And still they fight with me over it.
