Mar 30,2021The smalls were TINY and constricted my hips and butt, like it wouldn't actually contain my cheeks.. but the medium is way too big. The mediums all LITERALLY sag off of my butt, but fit perfectly on my hips. The difference between the two sizes is astounding. This size is not going to fit you unless you have (proportionally) either really long hips or a big butt. This wouldn't be an issue though if their sizing chart were remotely accurate, cause at least people would have the option of finding that out before ordering. Stuck with it for 3-4 months before finally just cancelling.

Mar 28,2021Terrible. I see alot of others are dealing with my same issue. My package was "lost in transit" , which, okay it happens. But I am moving. So I asked for my address to be updated. 12 days later I get an email stating they cannot as they have already processed my package re shipment and cannot change. I contacted them on Facebook where they say the social media and customer service are completely separate. I still haven't received a package, a refund or assistance from Knotty Knickers. Terrible excuse for a company - don't let them take your money !!

Mar 25,2021I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews on here. I’ve had subscription for about 4 months. It’s so exciting to see what I get every month!! I’ve been impressed with the quality, every pair I’ve received have been super cute and the sizing is consistent... which for a bigger curvy women is a pretty big deal!

Mar 21,2021I have had the subscription for about a year, recieving a package bi monthly. It takes WEEKS to get your order after they charge your card. Sizing and quality are inconsistent. Sometimes quality is good, sometimes not. Sometimes sizing is accurate, sometimes not. I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and it always freezes when trying to cancel so I finally emailed customer support. I got a poorly written email back saying sorry you will have to cancel from the website and questions about why I want to cancel. Buy your underwear from a store. It may be more expensive but less hassle will be worth it. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Mar 19,2021My subscription started off really well. However after around 6 months of having them monthly I didn't receive my monthly parcel. Not a problem, there things happen, right? I've emailed numerous of times, I've spoke to them on facebook and instagram messenger and now they are point blank ignoring me and have even blocked me from commenting on their posts after deleting my comments even though I was not once rude to them. I've cancelled my subcription and will be finding someone else to sunscribe with. I will also now need to go through my bank for a refund. Awful company, obviously only care about their money and not about their customers.

Mar 18,2021Low quality, most of them I am not going to wear because they are not comfy. They tell us we can write them to ask for a specific one, but they never answer (I wrote twice). Go buy panties in real store, they might be more expensive but you are really going to wear them.

Mar 18,2021They don't fit, and are very thin, flimsy fabric. I'm glad these are great for so many people. I ordered, plus some extras due to overwhelming enthusiasm on every ad I saw. However, nothing fits properly (6 pairs of panties, and a bra) and I can't wear any of it. I've definitely been lied to about no comments being removed from their FB page, as I'm posting repeatedly, hoping for some help, and my comments are being deleted. I can't leave a review on the website due to getting a 'page not found' message. Understandably the items can't be returned, so I asked for a refund. I've emailed repeatedly, and told them several times I hoped not to have to make this public. Responses were: - We have noted down to include a bonus pair in your next subscription to compensate. - We can offer you a one-time discount of 10% off plus shipping on your selected package in your desired size. - We can offer you a one-time discount of 50% off plus shipping on your selected package in your desired size, and a one-time discount of 10% off plus shipping on your selected package in your desired size for Knotty Extras. ... The email writer also assures me they verified with page Admins that no negative comments are ever deleted. All I want is a refund and I will donate the items (they're clean and were only tried on over leggings).

Mar 16,2021So far I've paid $25 (two months worth of subscription) and have yet to receive a pair of panties that I can actually wear. They promised to replace the first pairs of ill fitting underwear they sent, which compelled me to keep the subscription.... then they didn't sent them. The next batch was the right size but the wrong style. Don't waste your money.

Mar 10,2021SCAMMERS BE AWARE Never even received my order! Customer service was no help. They basically ship your package without adequate shipping. I owe an additional $2.75 to receive my package but also have to go to the post office for pick up and make payment. I don’t work in town and travel for my job so I couldn’t get to the post office within the timeframe before they ship back to sender. Knotty Knickers claims they do not get packages back and will not issue a refund. Awesome! Thank goodness for the ability to dispute with my credit card company.

Mar 05,2021Update: Knotty Knickers is trying to have my review removed three years later. I am updating to provide an order number to verify the validity of this review (#670660). I still have all emailed receipts from the time I had a subscription as well, if further authentication is required. Just another reason not to trust this shady company. Nearly impossible to cancel the membership. Customer service is an unhelpful mess. Additionally, the quality is not great. They say you can specify preferences for colors/materials and they never actually honor those preferences. I’ve reported them to the BBB.

Mar 03,2021The sizes aren't consistent at all, I have a few different pairs all in the same size, some fit and some are about a size too small The quality is also quite bad. There are always lots of loose threads, they arrive with holes on some occasions, and when they use prints, they're very low quality. Also after washing them once they look so dull

Mar 03,2021I am really disappointed with your company. I never received my package and have been back and forth with the support team with still no resolution. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Wish I could give a positive review but unfortunately it's been nothing but a hassle

Mar 03,2021I had a terrible experience. They didn't deliver more than half of the orders and continued charging me while "customer service" looked into it. I never felt like I was communicating with a person. The emails were all autogenerated. The underwear was so cheap and it degrades in quality after one wash. Save your money and go somewhere else.
