Ordered 3 pairs and two add on sets, so disappointed in what arrived. Might as well order off wish because that’s the quality you get. Don’t waste your money.
I have been wearing a small since I can remember, that is what I always purchase and every pair I own is a size small. These came in the mail quickly, that is the only positive thing I have to say for this company. I was shocked at the shoddy quality taking the first pair out of the package, there were literally threads sticking out everywhere. And they didn't fit, not even close. No way could I spend a day being squeezed into those. $12 straight into the garbage. They make it difficult to unsubscribe. Couldn't find where so I emailed, only to get one back that I have to use the site. Finally found it tonight, hopefully this is the end of my experience with them and I don't have the same experience as others here with them reactivating accounts and unauthorized charges.
I have had two pairs of underwear now as I decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately both pairs are clearly very cheaply made, and also look like they were constructed within the space of less than 60 seconds. The hemming is appalling, and there’s even small pieces of fabric that weren’t quite cut off properly still attached. For the price they charge, this is disgusting “quality”.
The only reason they got even 1 star us because I received my orders. Other then that they are horrible. The underwear falls apart as your wearing them. Only lasts 2 or 3 weeks before it starts to come apart. I have switched to Bootay Bag and haven't had any issues.
I’m not sure who these panties are made for. I ordered my usual size of medium, I’m 5ft 6, 135lbs, athletic build, and by no means have a giant butt. The “naughty” part of my subscription (g-string/thong) fit perfectly. They weren’t super great quality but they weren’t horrible either. I tried on the “nice” (bikini) and it was 2x too small. The sizing difference was crazy. I would have had to order an XL for them to fit, but then the thongs would have been insanely huge. Don’t waste your time, just buy from big box stores. On top of that, they never sent me my activation link to log into my account. When I finally complained, I was told they had sent it and to check my spam (duh never thought of that thanks so much) then they sent it right after as if it had been sent before lol.
If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst customer service experience ever and that is saying a lot. Placed an order which was paid for the same day- sept 24. Eta was sept 15-20. The package was Unable to be tracked. From then until now. I sent over 15 emails. Looking for an update. And subsequently asking for a refund. Only to be told to hang in be patient. They sent another package mid oct. another eta of nov 10. Now on nov 17 they continue to tell me by oct order is in transit and can no longer refund the money I paid and have been asking for since oct. I live in the gta. I believe they are as well. But somehow they can’t get a package to me. Not can clearly advise why they can no longer process a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT SHOP WITH THEM. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.
I have been receiving knotty knickers for months now. Never had a problem with them . Love my undies and couldn't complain . Good quality and it comes when expected.
This company has HORRIBLE customer service. The first couple shipments were fine, then they short paid the postage on the last two so I had to go pick up the package at the post office. It would be fine if the post office was near me, but it’s not. I picked up the first package and asked for a refund when they IRRESPONSIBILITY short paid postage again. They refused to refund my money even though the post office returned my package to them. Their only response was that it’s in the contract that I signed. Complete disregard for the customer. They will be out of business soon. BUYER BEWARE. This is only the 2nd bad review of a company I’ve given in my life. Wish I would’ve checked before ordering from them!
BUYER BEWARE!! There is a whole page dedicated to how Knotty Knickers rips people off!! I never received my package and they basically said they didn't care and that when you agree to their terms that you basically sign away that if you don't receive their package they KEEP YOUR MONEY!! They do not care about their costumers!! They have tracking numbers on their packages but WILL NOT give them to the customer so they can keep your money and can not track your package!!
No issues with the products themselves, just the customer service (or lack thereof). I spent 2 months emailing them back and forth, I was trying to get help in canceling my subscription. They did not help at all, instead they tried convincing me to just skip a month or something along the lines. As soon as I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in any other options other than canceling my subscription, I received no more emails. Like is the company that desperate for money that they won’t help you get out of the subscription? I was going to possibly subscribe again after I had more money, but after going through hell to get out of it I’m definitely never subscribing again. It’s a shame, because they do have good products but it’s not worth dealing with the crappy customer service.
I subscribed and waited the entire month for a shipping email however, I never received one. At the end of the month I emailed the company about my dilemma and didn't receive a response back for almost a week. I then received an email that states per USPS tracking, my order had been delivered. I emailed them back to explain that I never received my package and asked for the tracking number. I have yet to receive a response. This company is complete garbage. I cancelled my subscription. There customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or your money on this company.

I am so embarrassed I even thought this would be good quality underwear.l The sizing is way off in each pair of underwear. I sized up and 2 pairs fit out of 9. I canceled my subscription and they decided to restart it and I got sent 3 more pairs that didn't fit whatsoever. I am now trying to take my credit card information off my account or delete it and they won't let me do either. It's a scam...
I wouldn’t even give them one star. My first package never arrived so I chased, multiple emails back and forth to be told it was lost in transit. During this exchange I cancelled the subscription and advised I would rather forget the package and I’ve learnt my lesson not to sign up for things like this. They re activated my subscription so they could process a replacement for the first order which still hasn’t turned up two weeks later and they’ve now taken money for the second subscription box. I’ve queried how they’ve done this when I cancelled and got a rather patronising email with fetching little arrows showing me the email they sent telling me they had re activated it. All in all I’m £22 down and nothing has arrived. Buyer beware!
I signed up and ordered a package and was surprised to see that it took an extremely long time to get it. The second month came around and I never received anything I am now in my 6th week of their "investigation" with no answers in sight I told them I do not want anything else from them I just want to refund and they refuse to do it. The first order I received was not even the correct size that I ordered and they told me that it was my fault even though I know what I ordered cuz I ordered the same size all the time and they refuse to fix that. So I kept them I was able to wear one of the pairs but it was so cheaply made that after washing it once they started to fall apart. I'm not sure who runs this crap show but it's definitely one that I'm not going to be a part of anymore. I suggest steering clear of this place at all costs. Poor quality items and even worse customer service!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I initially loved my order. I started up with them with a PayPal subscription. In July I contacted them to update my shipping address and assumed everything was fine. September they charged me and sent it to my old address and refused to refund me. I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription yet they still charged me again this morning 11/10. I’m livid that they refuse to even update my address nor refund me.
I have been receiving a subscription from Knotty Knickers for about 3 years.... I love the product, & I have never has any issues with them. BUT my panty drawer is over full - I have so many now. I had every intention of just "suspending" my shipments for a few months. I have been unable to do so... I continually get an error when I try to manage my subscription. Several emails back & forth - started by suggesting I use a different browser (still failed).... I want to cancel my subscription now. There customer service emails have reverted to repeating the cancellation instructions over & over & over. I have been trying for 2 month now. Still can't cancel - considering calling my cc company. So frustrated!
I'm legitimately shocked by this review. I have been a customer since February and I haven't had a single issue. In fact, we regularly praise them at our house for how reliable and affordable it is. The underwear is adorable, well made, and perfectly sized. Where are all these bad reviews from???
After a few months of being subscribed I was charged for two subscriptions despite only having one. They refused to refund me, claiming that the order was already placed and sent to USPS (the same day my card was charged...?) and told me to cancel prior to the monthly billing date on the next round. For, again, a second subscription I had never actually placed. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know to cancel a subscription I didn't request. Or why I would request that in the first place. I already had a 3 pair subscription, what in the world would I be doing with 6 pairs of cheaply made panties every month? Anyway, I'm now writing this because it's been over two weeks and I've received one set of panties but not the second. I'm sure I'll also get another weirdly passive aggressive response from someone who obviously doesn't actually read the emails they receive and have to contact my bank. To top it off, the panties are also really low quality.

Nov 26,2020If I could give this company a negative star rating ...I would. Underwear are horrid, keep charging your account after canceling, no returns, no refunds, no way to contact them, except emails that are computerized responses that don't deal with your issue. Shall I go on.....?
