I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and I can’t do it. Contacting them doesn’t help either. Poor quality

Never received the items I ordered. Customer service and response time very poor. At this point in time, money has gone out of my account twice and I have received no item or follow up. I am waiting to cancel my account because I specifically got an email saying "don't cancel or we can't do anything about it". Then no follow up after. I feel like I just got scammed.

Terrible customer service, they refuse to cancel my subscription. I've tried multiple times on their website but they keep charging me. When I try to speak with customer service I'm told to use the site to cancel 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't want your crappy product, they all fall apart. Buyer beware, they will charge you for months after cancelling.

2 out of the 3 pairs are unwearable. I am trying to unsubscribe for 3 weeks now but no one is getting back to me. Horrible service ! I would not recommend this company .

On 3 underwear I got from them, 2 wear unwearable due to the fabric being too cheap and stretchy and the the 3d ripped the second time I put it on. Their underwear is cheaper than what you get at the dollar store and their customer service is non-existent. They litterally waited 3 weeks to answer my email to make sure the next subscription would be deducted before cancelling my account.... They are scammers and should be avoided.

It’s a scam!!!! Try booty bag instead!!! I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for about a week now!!! Fake ass website!!!! Trust me don’t use it. Good concept but stupid website!!!

If I could give this company a 0/5 stars, I would. I ordered a monthly panties subscription and was very excited since I can’t get new underwear due to the pandemic. After waiting 4 weeks, they did not arrive even though the company said a week and a half would be when they showed up. I waited since the pandemic has slowed the mail down considerably. One major frustration was that the company does not provide tracking and just an ‘estimated delivery’ window. I messaged customer service and never heard anything back! It is 6 weeks and the panties have not arrived and I have unsubscribed from their service. Just disappointing!

Horrible customer service!! Ordered 6 pairs got only 3. Sent an email they requested pictures of what i received. Once I sent them the pictures their response was Support (Knotty Knickers) Feb 15, 2021, 2:51 PM EST Hi there, We are so sorry to hear that. We have verified with our fulfillment team and our CANADA POST rep that it is not possible to have shipped an envelope without the proper items. You will notice the weight on the label that indicates it was0.7lbs. If a package was shipped below or more than the weight paid for, CANADA POST would not ship it out as the postage does not coincide with the rate paid. So there would be no way that CANADA POST could ship a weighted envelope with the incomplete item inside. Also, our rep has mentioned that if the contents fell out during shipment, or that the envelope was damaged or opened up, they would bag the envelope and stick it on a CANADA POST damaged sticker on the CANADA POST bag to file a claim with CANADA POST. We'd recommend contacting CANADA POST or your post office to see if they can make a claim for you! ! This is ridiculous! Horrible customer service!! They are a scam I tried to cancel and got an automated email and no response!

Ordered for the first time in October for a set of 3 panties on subscription. Order no #21208 - Price was good, sizing was very inclusive and international delivery costs were low too. They took 2/3 weeks to arrive from USA to the UK. - The packaging is pretty poor and very bland, a plain paper envelope and plastic wrapped panties with the brand logo on. - The panties all felt lovely and looked pretty. One pair arrived broken and completely unwearable however sizing seemed great and the two other pairs fit well. - Emailed a photo over and within minutes had a reply saying sorry and that a replacement will be sent with my next order. Ordered again on Black Friday. Order no #22578 - Again the order took 2/3 weeks to arrive, no replacement pair arrived to make up for the previous broken pair even though I was promised a replacement. - I purchased the same size as before yet 2 pairs were very tight. - The one good pair from the latest order have frayed on every edge after wearing them for the first time within a morning! I haven’t raised the issue of the missing replacement as I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I haven’t had a good experience with them and to be honest was disappointed with the pantie quality.

This company/scam artists are thieves. Took a month and a half to receive my order. Didn't realize when I ordered it signs you up for a subscription and keeps your credit card info. Tried to email multiple times about cancelation, just an automated response. So since I can't get a real life person to talk to about it, I cancelled my card they kept on file. Fuuuuukkkk them!

Money taken from my account and I have since waited nearly a month a NO package, no replies to work it out nothing! Terrible customer service. I would never recommend to anyone...honestly a joke.

I've gotten a few pairs of cheap underwear that broke before I even got to try them on. When I emailed them to cancel my subscription I get an automated email about receiving an email. That's not what I asked. I couldn't find a number on the website to call. It also said the email I was using did not exist as a customer so I couldn't see if I could cancel that way. Glad I paid with paypal so I can stop automated payments.

They actually put the wrong postage on the envelope so the mailman asked me for $2.75. How embarrassing. I'll def be canceling.

Placed an order and never recieved it. They refused to refund or resend the package their customer service is a joke and gives only automated responses. Over a month of emails back and forth and the sent me the same copy and paste about 10 times. I also never received a tracking number on my order despite multiple requests. They told me that m package not being delivered was my fault even though they had both of my addresses and all packages were forwarded to my new address.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews but I ordered a subscription and purchased the period pack as an add on. Received my order within 2 weeks of purchase and honestly I'm really happy with the quality. The underwear from the subscription is super cute and flirty and the period panties are a really sturdy soft breathable material. I read the reviews on here after I ordered my subscription and was worried about what I had gotten myself into but my order ended up coming on time and quality was a 10/10 and I'm pretty picky.

I received my package today and one of them was sopping WET!!! The other two were dry, and so was the shipping package... That is absolutely disgusting. Cancelling immediately!!!

Annoying as crap. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY. I never got my halloween package and they keep asking me to send them a pic of my underwear from that month? Mind you it’s been used so that’s gross. Plus I don’t even remember which ones they are anymore!!! I just want a refund. I’ve asked them 3x to cancel my account and I’m still getting charged. Do NOT subscribe.

Right off the bat, they sent the wrong size. I emailed and they asked me to send a picture. Fair enough... I sent the pic with the packaging which clearly said XXL. I ordered large. They responded that now they want me to take the underwear out of the package and take a picture of the tags. I didn't originally do this as you can't return open panties. So I took a pic of all 3 pairs which was very difficult as their tags are a super light gray. They replied that they could hardly see 1 of the 3 tags, so they needed more pics. I replied please cancel my subscription, this is poor customer service. It was obvious that they had made a mistake, but they seem to want to make it as difficult as possible to get the correct order. I went to the site to cancel the subscription myself, but guess what? There were plenty of places to add to you order but not to cancel once you are subscribed. So now I have to call. Good Times right there!
