Three emails and two months later I was still getting he same response asking if I had checked to see if it arrived they sent it....🥴 no offer to replace which seemed silly since it was for one pair of underwear. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. Like many of the reviews say, they WILL NOT cancel your subscription. I was wanting to cancel my subscription because I was only receiving a product every 3 months instead of every month. I have emailed them 5 times telling them to cancel my subscription and they WILL NOT do it. Do not support this company by any means. The products are garbage and you cannot cancel your service
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. This whole experience was nothing but stressful. I haven’t had access to my account from day 1. I’ve requested many times for them to cancel on their end and they still haven’t. I’ve now had to contact my bank to stop any further payments. Wanting to support a local company really backfired. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. UPDATE - as I know many of you read my first entry, I wanted to add the following: I did not get a package, nor have the cancelled my account. My original review was written Jan 20th, more than enough time has passed to rectify the situation. AGAIN, do not trust this company.
I ordered a package to be sent out every month. I have been charged for 6 months and received two items damaged and of a poor quality. Since my first delivery I have been attempting to cancel my subscription and have had to ask 6 times through their terrible customer service. My account is still not canceled and I have had to arrange a fraud case with my bank to make sure no further payments are taken. HORRIBLE customer service and a poor product.
I am trying to cancel but so far have been unsuccessful which is false advertising. The site makes it seem like u can just cancel. I do not want to be billed moving forward. The underwear is inconsistent even tho it's the same size. Some are too big some too small and I recieved Halloween ones in my Nov order and christ.as ones in jan. I haven't been able to wear any comfortably. I would like a refund but am told due to the nature of the product there are no refunds. #disappointed
Absolute garbage quality. And when I contacted customer service about it they blocked me so I couldn't even get a refund. And I wasn't rude at all. In fact I was very polite!
I love them! Never been late, always answered my emails (can email them which ones you want) so affordable, true to sizes and all well made. I look forward to receiving them each month. Gift from me to me.
I would give this company a zero if I could. My order was wrong, they said it was my fault, the quality is horrible, I had 2 things that were hardly stitched. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 days, no where on my account is anywhere to cancel! Very frustrated and angry
The product always arrived on time but literally every pair I had ripped within the first week or first time putting them on. I got a pair that wasn't stitched properly and they did send me a new pair, but when I asked about the constant ripping they ignored it. I stopped my subscription because literally they all ripped. And all I see is good reviews om their posts and I never understood how I was the only one who didn't like them. I even tried a size up just to see and they still ripped. Save your money.
Don't bother with this company. Every time I received a package, I owed for postage. For the month of October (which was shipped October 31st), I didn't end up receiving the package due to being out of town for work for practically 2/3rd's of November. When I emailed customer service, I was told they couldn't do anything since it was past the "15 day window". I told them it had probably been sent back because of the incorrect postage issue, which they never acknowledged. I was basically told it was my fault and they wouldn't do anything. Then they have the audacity to delete my negative comment off their Facebook so only the positive stuff shows. I've cancelled my subscription, this company is awful.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I ordered from them to try them out. For the first order said that they didn't pay enough for postage and that I owed the postal service another $4. I did not go to pick up the package hoping that it would just get sent back since it became more hassle then I thought it was worth. Then upon trying to login to my account to cancel the subscription, the website says I don't have an email with them even though they email me about my subscription AND I am being charged. I emailed customer service (since they don't have a phone number) about it and they did say they would reimburse me for the extra postage if I showed them a receipt (which I did not keep). They reactivated my email on their website after emailing back and forth for several days but I still couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription on the website so I emailed them again and they wouldn't respond and my email wouldn't work again so I assumed she just had canceled it. But then I got charged again for another month and never even received the product or even a notice asking for more postage. They said they won't do refunds for products without you returning the product so I waited for over a month to see if maybe it was coming late so I could send it back and get a refund, but it never came. While waiting I didn't realize how much time had passed and they charged me again for another month's subscription. I emailed them again but am still waiting for a response. I finally had to do a stop payment with the bank so I don't get charged again since they won't cancel my subscription. It's not worth the headache of giving them a chance. Trust me.
Received my Christmas themed panties in January. Billed Dec 28. Their customer service seems to think that’s OK. Halloween panties in November too!! Don’t waste your money. Half of them won’t fit right (weird tall thongs) or bad quality waist bands.
My first package came with nothing in it. I emailed them and still till this day never made it right. They arent nice people at all. I dont recommend them. You spend your money to receive nothing in a package??? Then they tell u months later they dont see any old emails from u lol. When I spoke to someone and they told me to reach out to the PO lol. Then they are telling u to resend a pic of the empty envelope like ummmm I threw it away what is wrong with these people??..
Don't subscribe! They keep charging me and not sending me and products. They have charged my account over 10 times and ive repeatedly called and emailed trying to get my money back and nothing.
I had a subscription, and while cheap, the panties they sent me were TERRIBLE quality. They all fell apart after 1 gentle wash! The ribbon frayed, bows were not sewn on properly, seams came apart. When I approached customer service, I was told that the "french milled lace" is so delicate it must be delicately hand washed. Sure. And hilariously when I put my thoughts about the quality on their Facebook ad, my comment was removed and I was blocked from commenting on their posts. Hence why their comments are full of people who LOVE their product. Bad quality, buyer beware.
I wish I could rate it a 0. Please do not order knotty knickers is A complete RIP-OFF. They have deducted money from my account twice. For 2 months worth of subscription. I’ve contacted customer service SEVERAL times. Basically being IGNORED, then they go to tell you if you cancel your subscription while there “ locating” your package. They will stop trying to locate it by then. They will have charged your card AGAIN! SCAM ALERT! Will be reporting to BBB to get them out of business
DO NOT ORDER!!! I subscribed and ordered additional add ones and I only received two pairs. the packaging was ripped open and I paid $5 for shipping on my order. I contacted customer service and was basically called a liar and that there was nothing they could do! Knotty Knickers just stole my money! This was a huge waste of money.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE Every single order I have had has at least one bad pair... frayed edges and seams coming apart (straight out of the package), wrong size and sizes that are just so off. Sometimes my size is perfect, sometimes loose sometimes way too small. The final straw came when I got a pair that had ink looking stains and dirt or dust on the crotch! Don't waste your money on these.
I love them. I get so excited to get my panties every month. I have had my subscription for 2 years. I have the naughty and nice option and I’ve only had two pairs of the brief cut not fit my bootie but usually they’re great

It has been on going for over a week now and soo far all the have done is ask for my address twice, and then tell me I would have to open a claim with the post office, it is there responsibility to ensure my items get here. I have now asked for a refund 3 times and they are still ignoring the subject. Worst customer service I have ever received I think. Litteraly couldn't care less. And they certainly aren't making women feel great. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the next order in the subscription before they had even delivered the last one. Luckily I had already cancelled their payments. Sham!
