Bad quality items. They are high cut. I can almost put the straps over my shoulders while wearing them. It's a bad look. The cut of them around you is just awkward in all directions. Honestly, save your money.
Absolutely horrific customer service and shipping issues I’ve been dealing with since day one. Have received “postage due” notices EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS as they keep sending the subscription in the WRONG packaging and not paying the correct postage amount. The second month this happened, I couldn't get off work early in the 10 business days and the package was returned to sender, as per the USPS policy. KK argued with me that the USPS would NOT return the package. Refused to refund this order, send a new order, nothing. and told me its my responsibility to go pick up my mail (which is exactly what i HAVE been doing every month because of this). I have received NO RESPONSE since an automated email on 10/15, the same email sent 4 times. I have been incredibly patient- I understand things are difficult right now, especially being a newer company. That’s why I’ve allowed so much time to pass with zero resolution. But no response in two months?! At this point I have zero choice but to file claims with my credit card company. I have also EXPLICITLY STATED I want my subscription canceled SEVEN TIMES in all of my emails. It is beyond my comprehension how ALL of my cancellation requests have been flat out ignored, when I was at least getting some sort of response once a month if I was lucky. I have all the patience and understanding in the world, especially for a new company that I want to support, and especially in today’s world. But this is just disgusting. They should truly be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer like this. And trying to cheap out on your shipping charges, only to make your customers lives hell. It’s embarrassing and incredibly disappointing.
I REALLY wanted to like these. The price was so much more affordable that other similar subscriptions. My first order I added a mystery item. When my first month came, it was only the one item and the mystery item was missing. After contacting them, their solution was for me to wait until the next month's shipment and they would include it even though I had already paid. The pair that did come were cute but cheaply made and had holes after less than a day of wear. After contacting them they said thanks for letting us know but you wore them so no refund or exchange. No pair of underwear should have holes after less than 24 hours of wear. I gave them another shot and the next months included the mystery pair which were fine but the monthly pair fit very strangely. I had 3 pair in the same size and they all fit different. One tight, one loose, and one fine. I am now awaiting my 3rd month because my card was already charged but after this I am definitely cancelling. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor fit.
Update!!!! I closed my account last month after a nightmare experience with this company (see below). They fraudulently reopened my account at 5:30AM this morning and charged me. I am unable to login because they created a new password for “my” account. I am disputing this with both PayPal and my credit card (for the second time). My email to Knotty Knickers: Hello, I am furious because I did not authorize anyone to reopen an account in my name and charge my credit card! I received confirmation email when cancelled last month and am furious to wake up and see that a fraudulent account was created in my name at 5:30 this morning (that I cannot get into) with fraudulent charges! Even before I cancelled, I reset the next delivery so it was pushed to March, so how my account was reopened and delivery was reset to December is beyond reason. There is no excuse for charging me for this month because your company NEVER RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE ME IN DECEMBER and I have reported your company for fraud with both PayPal and my credit card and have begun to reach out to the BBB. I will also be sharing this experience with others on the internet. Shame on your company! 😡 Jennifer
I placed my 1st order on Nov 26th 2020 it is now Dec 15th 2020 item has yet to be delivered have contacted customer service several times asking for with a refund or for them to please send out replacement all I get in return is an automated response DO NOT ORDER FROM KNOTTY KNICKERS RIPOFF I never heard back from Knotty knickers customer service after sending at least 10 emails my Package arrived on Dec 16th and the items are of very poor quality stay away better off spending more elsewhere for decent panties the ones from Knotty will be lucky to last through 1 wash.
Total scam. They skimmed my wifes card. Thankfully the bank caught the fact that they were skimming. When you go to cancel subscription it gives you an option but then doesn't let you.
I was so excited for an affordable panty subscription box, and all the comments on Facebook and the reviews I found were all positive. I received two different orders, and both were made from cheap fabrics, sewn poorly with visible mistakes, and ugly designs. The designs were just so plain and looked very cheap. I emailed customer service to make a complaint, with the hope they would send me something cuter or give an explanation. I had to email them twice to get a response. Instead, they said I had no "style preferences" on file. They did not address the sewing issues or poor design complaints. I have canceled my subscription and cannot believe how poor the customer service and quality of the products are.
I ordered my first subscription box in September. It is now December and I have not yet received anything. I have contacted customer services and they told me the order had been delivered (after several generic “check the post office” emails and about a week in between each response) and when I confirmed it had not, they told me they would send it again. That was over a month ago and I have still not received anything. While their replies were already poor, I have not received a single response since requesting a refund, and my messages on Instagram have also gone ignored. Don’t order from them if you actually want to receive anything. I commented on their Instagram asking for a response and they just deleted my comment instead.
Honestly horrible experience so far. I ordered the monthly subscription of the sugar and spice. It took 1 month and half to receive my first order! I emailed them about this issue and they gave me a generic response of "did you check your mailbox? Did you check the post office?" Really? And then they said they would look into it and never answered me back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the next subscription was the same issue. I was charged Nov. 4th and its now Dec. 10 and still haven't received anything. I've already been charged for December as well. And when I try to write my experience on their fb adds it always gets deleted by the owner. Oh and the 3 panties I recieved, 1 was snug, 1 was waaay to big, and the other was just a tad to big....they were all XXL. Stay away from them!
An extra item was added to my cart and I was charged for it when I contacted support they told me nothing could be done and when it arrived the item was not in the package and was told it was removed as I had requested but I was still charged for it nor have I received a refund for that item
Will not EVER order another subscription and will be telling everyone I know not to!!! I use to be a loyal customer, then September everything changed.....I bought the spooky package got the email saying thanks for my order,and canceled my subscription.a month and a half later NO package. Emailed them in regards to not receiving the spooky package and they said said they didn't have an address since I deleted my account so i provided my address in another email. NOW this is where it gets ridiculous! I get an email saying that since they didn't have my address that THEY had to reactivate my account to get the address even though I emailed them the address. Which of course resulted in me emailing them telling them I DID NOT AUTHORIZE them to reactivate my account. Which they seemed to email me telling me its been handled, and yet the next month I had a monthly subscription come out of my account UNAUTHORIZED! I emailed them and they basically said they are sorry and it will be handled. So of course I expected them to return my money for that month. They didn't. NOW its a month later and they did it again!!they took my money for a monthly subscription that I DIDNT authorize!!! I have never had such bad customer service!!! This is still not being taken care of. I have every email of proof of what I was said. NOT WORTH the hassle. And NO NUMBER TO CALL for support!!
If I could write a negative star review I would!!! I am so frustrated as I ordered 3 panties and 2/3 were damaged!! So cheaply made. One of them the sewing line was so uneven that there were jagged pieces of fabric sticking up over the front edges. On another pair there was a hole by the crotch due to poor sewing. I tried to contact customer service to cancel my subscription and refund me and they requested photos which I took. Then they proceeded to tell me they would send me bonus pairs on a subsequent subscription order. No thanks!!!!! Why would I pay more money to a company that screwed me over the first time? Then they wouldn’t help cancel my subscription they said I have to do it on my account. Well I had to make an account that day in order to cancel my subscription. So I did that. Then despite back and forth emails they refused to reimburse or just send me bonus pairs without an order, claiming that it isn’t in their policy and that they don’t “have my billing and shipping information anymore” now that I’ve cancelled my subscription. I am beyond frustrated at this waste of money and time. If anyone has a phone number I want to contact them directly to get my money back or new pairs without paying. Garbage company. Just a scam!! Don’t order from them. Save yourself the headache and run around. I hope they don’t continue to bill me as I’ve read in order reviews. UGH!!!!!!
Beware: Customer service is terrible if you have an issue. 1st issue my package arrived with nothing in it. Did what they instructed me to do, and I was basically told I was out of luck. Paid and didn't receive a product. I cancelled, then I see they took money once again from my account. This time the mailman told me I had to pay the rest of the shipping fee, they didn't cover it all. Messaged them and they told me this happens occasionally. So I paid $12.49 and received nothing once again. I thought shipping would be included in the subscription amount. The company told me to read the fine print. This company is terrible.
Terrible quality underwear. I tried to cancel after my second package, and I was absolutely positive I did. Then the next month I got charged again, so I went back and did the exact same thing I did the first time. I took a screenshot this time just in case they try to charge me again. Honestly not worth it at all, quality is like dollar store and the sizes are crazy, some Large are massive others are small.
Not sure why people are saying bad things. I've been getting my cute little knickers for 4 months now....I do the 3 pack variety. Love them. And I love that you can skip a month or two if money is tight. Try it out!

I ordered months ago and still haven’t had my order! First they didn’t let me cancel as I had just changed my mind and then it never turned up, I got no dispatch email so I emailed them and was told maybe you put the wrong address and I was told an investigation would be done. At least nearly two weeks later I email again asking where my parcel is, they then say Hermes couldn’t deliver it. I have been asking for a refund as they basically went it’s your fault, Hermes don’t have to send us the parcel back tough luck. I keep emailing them asking for a refund and they don’t reply just ignore me and go take it up with APC or Royal Mail, how would that help as it wasn’t with them and now they are ignoring my emails. So avoid as they look like a scam company, they provide no tracking information and their “customer service” is a joke, save yourself a headache and your money and go shop somewhere else!
I saw some really good reviews on social media for this company so decided to subscribe. I then came on here and saw nothing but terrible ones. I panicked and almost cancelled my subscription before I'd even received my first order. However , i thought I'd give it a chance and see how it went. I can honestly say I've never had a problem. I'm on my 4th pair now. Never had a missed order. Never had to pay extra postage. The knickers are nice and fair quality. What else can you expect for £4.99 a month ? Its a nice little treat for me. All ill say is judge for yourself. Im happy with the service im receiving from knotty knickers
They make it impossible to find where to change your shipping address. It’s so unnecessarily difficult. You can input 3 different addresses and the order will still go to the wrong one. This is what happened to me and now I have to go back to my old place to look for stupid panties. Idiotic for real.

Dec 27,2020I've been ordering for a year. I've been very happy until yesterday. I made an honest nice review (saying I loved the pair I had that they posted). Someone else commented and said that her pair broke after one wash, the string had ripped and the pair fell apart. Knotty Knickers proceeded to delete her comment and block her, when I called them out on it, I've now been blocked as well. Their posts are still coming up on my Facebook and I do not have the option to block their posts..... This company is extremely shorty. All their reviews on Facebook are perfect.... Because they delete bad comments. Do not order from them.
