As it is accessible from anywhere me and my team don't have to be bounded to desk all the time. Its have been the best choice i switched the companies communication to clouds and Krispcall has been the the reliable partner till date. It has helped me manage my team all in one place and even evaluate my teams performance which has saved a lot of money + energy. I commend Krispcall to every business owner and managers who wants to have a smooth running and clear vision of the service they are giving.

I was in need of a USA virtual number to stay in touch with my clients and KrispCall provided a free one with wokspace subscription. The demo person was also very helpful.

Sep 02,2023Very poor service, just as I closed my account they locked my credit balance and immediately revoked platform access that is paid for the whole month! Do not use this platform at all, they are thieves! No customer support whatsoever, they just steal your money When trying to contact them about this they refused any refund and kept my money locked and stolen... time for a bank chargeback and further legal proceedings!!

Aug 28,2023I recently brought South Africa number from krispcall. Getting number took a few days for documentation verification and all but was worth for the convenience. The customer support team were available and responsive whenever i needed them. Highly recommended for someone who frequently travels like me.

Aug 17,2023So, signed up for their services. Then tried to "buy" a hk number. Asked for ID's and up to this point was ok. I had to prompt them four days later and ask where we were with the process. They responded that the ids were accepted by the carrier. Then another two days to tell me that there was a shortage of numbers and they could not accommodate my request. So far, just poor communication. This is where it gets interesting. I logged in trying to cancel, and I see they are still selling HK numbers. I try to buy another one, and it goes through. Then they tell me that I need to submit documents again, to which I reply that I did already, and they say, no, you have to again. Then they proceed to tell me that they made a mistake and that HK numbers indeed are available. It was only when I threatened to cancel and make a big stink, both numbers magically appeared on my account the next day. I think these people have no idea what they are doing, and their customer service will lie to you just to get you off the chat. Stay away

Aug 16,2023Typically your service would get a 5 star service, but first add on integration with crm software. If you add integrations you are the best in the market. I appreciate you guys giving me free USA number and credit to try. But there's a lot of improvement need to do -- your app need an upgrade for sure.

And good thing we don't need a dedicated number for each member of our team but we can actually share the same number and there is no confusion and our customers are always attended. Demo was exceptional, as they explained me how service works and how features benefits me and my business. Overall, highly recommended for entrepreneurs who don't want to spend too much money to overhyped products when a product like KrispCall can work in affordable price.

Aug 14,2023After paying for my phone number, I learned that I needed to pay an additional fee to use it. The website and app both froze on my phone and iPad. I canceled my subscription within 20 minutes of signing up. There are much better options out there, don’t waste your time and money on Krispcall.

Aug 13,2023WARNING: Most of these reviews must be fake. Horrible, scam artist, avoid at all cost. They charged me and then wouldnt let me even look at the website, they demanded I send them a photo of myself holding my card AFTER I paid, for a phone app.....and they wanted my photo ID, I am assuming they wanted my card and a photo of me with the numbers, it is highly suspicious. This is all AFTER I paid, I went to use the website and they are demanding all this personal information. Just go to ATT. No invoice number because they dont even give one.
