However, a friend recommended Krispcall. I gave it a try and the account executive team was extremely flexible and kind. They walked me through the product in an easy to understand way and helped me set up the system with no issues. So far, it has been working smoothly.

Aug 03,2023Their mobile app is real crap. It consistently glitchy and unreliable. I missed my important call due to frequent auto logouts. They really need to pay more attention on mobileapp and improve the overall user experience.

The virtual number pricing is very competitive in comparison to other plus other phone system are way more expensive and charge based on the level of features they offer. If they provide great service and maintain their quality, they have a lifetime customer here.

Aug 03,2023The product itself is good, but they really need to upgrade their customer support. I have to repeat my problem 2-3 times and after certain time all they seemed to say was "could you please clarify your questions?". It was quite irritating and waste of time. Their live agent literally needs some training!

Aug 02,2023Krispcall is a overall good virtual phone system; however, one aspect that they should improve is their call log features. Currently, the call analytics only displays logs from the last 24 hrs, which can be quite inconvenient. It forces users like me to reach out to support team repeatedly to access older call logs, which can be time consuming and irritating. I hope they update their system soon , so that system can be more effiecient and user-oriented.

Aug 02,2023Works great for both work and personal use. The call quality is consistently good, with no dropped calls even on lower internet connections. The product itself is solid, though customer support could use some improvements-- sometimes agents sound robotic and impersonal. They need to invest in more training for the support agents to improve the experience.

Aug 01,2023What I really appreciate and love about Krispcall is that I can add as many phone number as I want in single workspace and that helped me cut costs. And best thing they provided me with a free US number and $1 credit to start off with. On top of that, customer service has been excellent.

Aug 01,2023I recently signed up for Krispcall and accidentally loaded my account credit twice. When I contacted customer service asking for refund of the duplicate credit, they informed me that it's against their policy to offer refunds. I understand having set policies, but feel that exceptions could be made for honest mistakes like mine. I had been happy with Krispcall's service up until this point and would have appreciated more flexible refund policy in rectifying an accidental double payment. In future, I'll be more careful when loading my krispcall account to ensure I don't accidentally double pay. However, it would make me more confident in using their service if I knew a use error could be corrected with their help.

Jul 31,2023Alert do not buy that, there is way better services with other company : Subscription : $15 Phone number $7.5 (calls only) Phone number $2 (Msg only) and those numbers are not compatible with WhatsApp and not to mention the refund procedure, which takes so long that you prefer not to do it.
