Order came within a week, all beautifully packaged - thank you. Good communication with emails confirming the order and when despatch through to tracking. Will use again.

When they were going to increase prices for dmc individual thread skeins, they gave us heads up so we would know /order before it came into effect. Small things like that is what makes their customer service absolutely amazing! Thank you Kate and team! 😊

Jul 04,2023Ordered 11th June as I wanted to take a project on holiday with me and needed threads. By 21st June still nothing had arrived so I emailed and was advised it would be posted that day, there was a delay on some of the threads being out of stock, it would have been nice if I’d been advised of this when I placed my order. By 30th June still nothing so I opened a PayPal case and as if by magic my order was updated as having been dispatched. Too late though so now the package is at home and I’m on holiday, had I known I would have gone elsewhere.

Jun 14,2023Lakeside Needlecraft have a good range of fabric, threads, kits and all else you need for your cross-stitching project, always reasonably priced + they offer a free tracked delivery on orders over £30. Processing time is also great (usually has been 2 working days for me, longer if fabric needs to be cut I believe)

Mar 24,2023Initially took over a week for the order to be dispatched and then very slow to arrive to New Zealand because of the cyber security incident with Royal Mail. Obviously the slow arrival was out of Lakeside’s hands. Loved the range of items available and the prices are very reasonable. Items were very well packaged when I received them and were in perfect condition. I’ll definitely order from here again for overseas delivery but not if I need anything in a hurry.
