Just made my fourth purchase from Lakeside Needlecraft in as many months. As always, it was easy to order and pay via the website. My order was somewhat large as l ordered fabric and topped up my stash of DMC moulin skeins. I just can't believe the price of the fabric and the skeins! I pay so much more to shop within six miles of my home. My DMC skein cost £1.20 compared to Lakeside's 77p! A win-win situation, l'll be back for more soon. Thank you so much Kate and your wonderful team.

Many thanks for your swift service, my order was placed on Saturday and has arrived today (Thursday) Thanks again for your assistance in sourcing the out of stocked items for me. I didn’t have to wait long for the notification to let me know you had sourced them. The cost of the patterns was reasonable and in line with other stockist. First time I’ve ordered from Lakeside Needlecraft and it was so easy to use their website. I found what I wanted, easy to order. An email was sent to confirm order and delivery date. My order was dispatched and came when it was supposed to. Overall and very easy and pleasant experience.

Received PDF not long after payment went through. Important information was shared in the email and greatly appreciated. The process to join via Facebook link was great as I didn't have to go looking for it.

Stalking my mailbox faithfully and was finally rewarded...my treasures have arrived! Thank you for the careful wrapping of my chart...it arrived in perfect condition! Fabrics ordered are all awesome! I would be a more frequent customer if not for the exchange rate and postage (I live in Canada)...but I am sure my bank account appreciates this😻😉😻

I’ve been using Lakeside for years and find them excellent. My only criticism is that stock levels of threads are rarely sufficient to meet my orders in one go - threads that are imported take a long time to arrive. Staff that I’ve spoken to on the phone are always very helpful and friendly.

Very large range of items available which makes it a one-stop shop for everything cross-stitch related. I purchased everything for my project in one massive order. Quality is perfect. The only missing star is because delivery took slightly longer than I hoped it would, though it was still within what they advertise on their website (I am slightly impatient :) I ended up ringing them and Lou was fantastic, she had my package sent on the day, and included a second order for one single item (which I've made only a few days before) and she refunded the postage of that second order. Overall very please and I will use again.

I have been a loyal customer to Lakeside Needlecraft for nearly 2 years. I buy all my cross stitching suppliers from them and the quality of service is superb. I always find what I need, orders are quickly dispatched and they always arrive nicely packed. Bonus is that the packaging is not excessive, some of the plastic is biodegradable and there is a loyalty program saving few pounds here and there.
