Jan 12,2025We ordered a Walnut high gloss laminate flooring, it actually arrived a day early which for us was good. The driver was cheerful and put the flooring where we asked him to put it. The flooring looks amazing, it looks exactly the same as shown on the Web site. The flooring didn't clip together as positively as other flooring I have put down but it was easier when it comes to the tight bits.

We were worried about the delivery not being possible, as we had several inches of snow and the roads weren't great. Elias messaged us on the day of the delivery with a 2 hour time slot, and arrived within that time, calling us on the phone to keep us informed of his ETA. He then helped my husband to get it to the front door. Brilliant communication and excellent customer service. Thank you, we will definitely recommend Leaders Floors and VIP Delivered.

Jan 11,2025Sometimes things go wrong and it’s then you realise that the local company you ordered from was the right choice. My flooring was unfortunately badly damaged in transit (pallet tipped in delivery van and all packs came loose) Called the customer service team the following morning and Angela H was amazing - within the call everything was resolved and I was able to collect the replacement packs the same day at the local pick up point. Fantastic service thank you very much indeed.

Jan 10,2025Customer service is appalling but the quality of their product is even worse. Actually, they both equally bad so don’t bother spending your money with them. I could go on regarding the customer service as I had to deal with them a few times now but it’s a long list. Tedious in one word.

Jan 10,2025Ordered some flooring & received the confirmation email only to call up on the day of delivery to be told they didn't have any stock. No emails, phone calls, absolutely nothing - what a complete joke of a company! I still haven't received my refund either! AVOID!

Jan 08,2025One pack of laminate floor, which wasn’t part of an order of 21 packs was found to be damaged upon opening! Got in touch with customer services, who sent out a replacement pack, but was sent the wrong type! Contacted them again and was refunded for the damaged pack, and was sent the correct type without delay! Would certainly use Leader Floors again in future as the after sales care is excellent!
