This is an update on my experience with Leaderfloors. I want to try and prevent anyone else going through this experience . I am mindful that people have different vulnerabilities and financial situations. I contacted Susan as advised only to have my emails returned. I was then contacted by Raisa who promised that my refund would be expedited. The refund didn't arrive and she stopped responding. What do you know after explaining I had now commenced the legal process I received another email from yet a different person. Shaun states I should receive my refund by the end of the week but I have been informed it could be five days from Friday before I actually see it in my account. I have lost count how many times I have heard this . Their policy is 12 days for a refund. I have been trying to receive my refund for over six weeks. Shameful! I have just been Informed by customer service that the situation has been escalated and expedited really at 6 weeks ? . Next stop for me is Rip of Britain. Hang your head in shame Leader Floors.

I have received above order and followed advice to laying etc allowed flooring to climatise before fitting etc. On floor fitter arriving and starting to lay withing 1/3 of way through room he has noticed flooring is faulty and not square and does not match other slats or click properly and gapping as he has tried to fit. On checking we have also noticed flooring is not correct to what was ordered also brand ordered was liberty flooring brand received is visiogrande totally different. I have taken a full day off work for this job, I have had to pay a flooring fitter half a day work to now have flooring that cannot be fitted 1 week prior to Christmas - to call your customer service dept to be told to fill out an online form and call back to see if it can be rectified prior to Christmas or not. This is not acceptable I have a family of 14 arriving for Christmas and have paid and ordered food etc for this to be told I cannot guarantee this will be rectified in time. I would like to know immediately what leader floors plans to resolve this issue? Totally unprofessional company would not recommend

Fast delivery good service
Four packs of flooring arrived damaged. Wrong door profiles were sent. One person I spoke to to try and rectify the situation was incredible unhelpful, the second person I spoke to said they’d arrange for a courier to deliver the replacement items to me and didn’t. They said they’d call me and they didn’t. They said they’d e mail me, and they didn’t. So now I have to open a yoga studio with three quarters of a floor laid. Definitely will not use again and will not recommend to anyone I know.
Product is great ease of ordering and comms however the delivery cost is way to high it nearly doubled the cost of my order 2 packs of laminate strapped to a pallet that where the cost came from

It's not really Great or an Experience to receive a delivery, two lads doing their jobs unloaded and helped carry packs of flooring to my front door, all in order, well packed, quality product as usual.

Dec 22,2024Ordered goods on the 5th of November. Asked thrm to change the delivery address, this got ignored. Raised this with customer service. This got ignored and shut down with an automatic email saying the issue was resolved. Recieved a note from the delivery company, not leader floors, saying order was cancelled. It then turned up at the old address, despite me asking several times to change the address. In addition, when I recieved the cancellation email, I then bought locally. When the package did arrive, at the wrong delivery address, it was completely split in 2. I raised another complaint and again, this was shit down automatically with no actual contact or response. When I did speak to John Waugh in customer service which is the help email address, he said they had a new system which was causing issues. Fair enough, please collect my items and refund my money. Items eventually collected almost 2 weeks ago. Refund promised this week which never happened and now the only email address you can reach out to to complain is the email address that John uses and has stopped responding to my emails asking where my refund is. Your customer service is disgusting and I won't be using this company again for any further projects. My next step is the small claims court to recieve my refund. I'll update with the outcome. *update 27th December The replies to our reviews are AI automated. They are not responded to by a real person. The email address they provide is the same email I've been messaging for weeks. They stopped replying once they'd picked up the returned goods, so now they have my product and my money; and to top it off, their phone lines aren't working now either! Very poor.
