We signed up for a 12 month contract in February 2024. I wish I'd read a lot of these reviews beforehand! We have used the platform for 12 months, and confirmed at the end of January that we did not want to continue, to be told that we had missed the cancellation 'window' and had to commit to a further 12 months. We have seen zero results from using the platform. All of the negative reviews on here sound exactly how we have been treated. The 'window' information is in the T's & C's and not explained on onboarding or throughout the sales process, BE CAREFUL, this company is very underhand and try to tie you into longer contracts, even when you're not getting any leads/results which is the whole point of the platform! Feel free to take this further Lead Forensics but we will not be paying another month/12 months for your platform!

The data gained can be used for lead generation, client care, supporting tenders as well as improving the own website and marketing campaigns. This additional data layer provides invaluable actionable insight, which has helped us to develop our lead pipeline. Ryan Thomas, our Customer Success Manager, has greatly helped with onboarding and ensures we get the most from the system to fuel our lead generation efforts. Before signing up for Lead Forensics our team reviewed the company and there were a lot of negative reviews. We addressed the negative reviews with our rep and was told that the negative reviews were not true and that they would provide the best support. And we told them that if we signed it would be contingent on them keeping their word. We signed up in Q2 of 2024 and it was a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism from the lead forensic team to their management team has been horrendous. We informed lead forensics that we were canceling our agreement and then they tried providing support, but it was too late at that point. I do not recommend this company at all. I am pretty certain the reviews here are fake.
Despite some of the personnel data and contacts not being entirely up to date, (something that is expected in MHO as people move from job to job so quickly) our experience with Lead Forensics has been great. Data aside, what's really impressed me is their customer success support, in particular we are supported by Joe Stone who offers tips and tricks as how best to utilise and make the most of the information, including creating particular focused lists. He has even gone so far as to provide sales support, setting us goals ready for our next session. Thank you, as a small sales team, we appreciate the continued support.
Fantastic tool for identifying business opportunities. Customer service has been top tier and Joseph has been great at coordinating quarterly reviews on how effective LF is for us. Would recommend to any business looking for greater website insights.
I've used Lead Forensics in both my previous and current roles, and it continues to be an invaluable tool for our sales and marketing teams. Since implementing it at my current company, we’ve renewed our contract because the platform consistently delivers great results. Lead Forensics provides us with insights into who is visiting our website, allowing us to follow up with potential leads efficiently and strategically. It has significantly enhanced our ability to engage with the right prospects at the right time. Beyond the software itself, the level of customer support has been excellent. Our dedicated Customer Success Manager is always available, proactive, and ensures we’re maximising the platform’s full potential.
Don't risk it. Don't. The positive reviews are fake. And note that they have deleted their google my business account along with their 1 star rating (hundreds of reviews mainly negative). (I was a customer back in 2015 or so - and they haven't stopped spamming me since)
I've been using Leads Forensics for the past 2 years and its a fantastic tool to identify who's been onto our website, what pages they've looked at whether its an existing or new prospect. Our Account Manager Nick and previous to that Clare, have always been quick to respond and efficient with resolving any issues we've had.
We found the customer service provided by Lead Forensics to be excellent. At the outset, our Customer Success Manager, David Smith, really listened to us to find out what our business was about and what we were trying to achieve. He then came up with some really good suggestions on how we could use Lead Forensics to reach our objectives. He regularly checked back in to see how we were doing, made other suggestions when we wanted to try something else, replied within a day or so when we reached out with out with any queries or issues we had trying to do something and found solutions/trained us to do it ourselves. I couldn't fault David's commitment to our company. In short, David did everything he could to help us get ROI.
While the service itself presents some advantages, particularly for certain industries, the restrictive contract terms and lack of transparency are significant drawbacks. Potential customers should carefully review the agreement before committing, as the long-term implications may be unfavourable. Ultimately it's cost them my business and potential recommendations. Short-sighted and disappointing.

My experience of LF has been very negative. Site visitors seem to be identified by DNS records, primarily, which means you get visitors from "University of Delaware" or "Such-and-such Hospital Trust". That means one of x thousand people in a location have visited your site - not useful. It's really difficult to stop a subscription, and many users here have reported being overcharged as a result. I was unable to end my subscription through the website, so emailed the company. My email was ignored and I was charged for a service that was of no value to me. Many of the positive reviews here take pains to state their account handler's name, which makes me suspicious that sometime, there's been a paid-for campaign that asked people to leave a good review and that provided some form of template to do so. I'd never use LF again, and have only regrets that I did.
I have been using Lead Forensics for three years now, and it has made a real difference to our business. The tool is fantastic for helping us follow up on leads and, just as importantly, understanding where those leads are coming from. This has helped us improve how we handle and prioritise opportunities. Charlotte Blain has been an absolute star. She is hands down one of the best contact people I have worked with. She always follows up promptly, keeps track of everything from our meetings, and makes sure we are getting the most out of the platform. Yes, the tool takes a bit of time to get used to, and I would recommend attending some of their training sessions, but whenever I have had questions, the support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to any business looking to improve how they track and work with leads.
Cannot fault the LF team, always impressed with their professionalism and skill set every time we interact. The tool itself is invaluable and the customer service element with regular check ins and calls is a fantastic support. Would definitely recommend to others (and have!)
