Nov 10,2020So far we are very satisfied with the tool and in particular the service we received. Since our project manager left the company and her replacement is no German speaker, we are a bit concerned that the fantastic and pro-active support we received might come to an end. Most of our users are not performing well in English. While the new PM certainly is a great guy with great knowledge, doing his best for keeping the service on the high level we are used to, we think that the language barrier will have an impact.

They cover a vital area in my opinion, allowing more clarity on potential leads, and also offer benchmarks for how marketing is performing (as well as overall site performance) The 'after-sales' has been great, with our contact Thomas Hannibal keeping in regular contact and showing us how to unlock the most out of the software.

Nov 10,2020LF is an extremely useful tool for our business as a media publisher with thousands of pages on our sites. We particularly appreciate the alerting system that allows us to know the minute a client lands on our site, so we can call them while its fresh on their mind, leading to a higher chance of conversion. Its been a vital tool saving us many hundreds of hours lead sourcing allowing us to focus on content and marketing. My one constructive criticism is that the new visitor list doesn't suit my individual style, so I hope the powers that be keep the option to use the old visitor list permanently!

Nov 11,2020In the early stages of our program. We have been receiving leads that are outside our territory. I have been forwarding them to Matt Overton. Other than that we are running down each lead but have yet to obtain a customer. We will I am sure.
