Aug 25,2020Unsure where they found my email address as I hadn't signed up for their spam emails constantly badgering me. I try blocking them but they still clog up my junk folder. I'm hesitant to respond in case that confirms me as a target and puts me on another spamming list. Edit: In answer to the response from Lead Forensics, I didn't sign up to the list, so I don't need to unsubscribe from anything. The onus isn't on me to work to your system, it's on Lead Forensics to check their systems and only send emails to those who have opted in. I am not confident in your statement of being GDPR compliant. I have received another email in the time between my initial review and editing. It's unacceptable. In summary, I can't unsubscribe from anything I didn't subscribe to in the first place. Please rectify the situation immediately.

Aug 21,2020Annoying spammers, keep nagging me with emails sent from a bunch of different domain names (indicates non-legit practices used by spammers). I can't tell anything about their business other than that I would NEVER EVER use their services. If don't reply after five emails, do you really think things get better by nagging me with even more? I didn't opt-in. You are harrassing me!

Aug 19,2020I was previously a fan of Lead Forensics, having used it for almost two years. However, the value of the software has evaporated recently with a sizeable chunk people working from home (something which many expect to continue). To put some numbers to this, we had approximately 250-300 companies appear in Lead Forensics per month prior to Covid, and in July / August it is looking more like 50. The line from Lead Forensics is that more and more businesses are getting their VPNs put in place, and that they expect this to increase (and I'm sure they will have some stats to back this up), but it is not going to return to the levels of Q1 2020. Will their price change? Well, they've not been happy to renegotiate with me (same price, yet lost 80% of it's value to us) so we've cancelled the agreement. In addition to this, their communication has been terrible over the last few months. Our account manager replied to no emails between April and June, finally getting back to us saying that there had been an issue with their system (their invoices and emails from accounts team worked pretty well). They are going to have to be far more flexible than they currently are being moving forward. I never really write reviews, but the way Lead Forensics have handled the last 4 months has left a bitter taste. They have certainly lost an advocate of their product due to their hard position they've taken and poor comms - very short sighted.

Aug 19,2020Kyle has been brilliant at helping me to understand and set up Lead Forensics on the website in no time at all. My heart sinks every time I'm asked to teach myself yet another bit of software. "Don't worry, it's intuitive" they say. Yes it is, but having someone like Kyle to answer my barrage of questions and to then show me in 20 minutes features that I would not have got around to understanding/discovering until a year later makes all the difference! Lead Forensics in 2020 is extremely impressive. It's ideal for a niche market like the one that I am dealing with on this website project.

Aug 11,2020Lead Forensics takes the lull out of post lock down! I was delighted when my director decided to take on Lead Forensics. The software is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate plus there is an extensive suite of training tools to gain knowledge and confidence when it suits you. Being assigned a personal customer success manager who sticks with you and shows you exactly how to get the best out of this software, in bite sized chunks so it is never overwhelming, is a real plus. Our CSM is Francesca Davis and we could not be happier with her interaction with us so far. She has such an obliging nature and is very able to quickly answer any query we may have, showing a helpful demonstration in the process. Our regular meetings on the web with her are so encouraging and her infectious enthusiasm and desire for our success is very motivational. Couple this with Francesca's solid knowledge of both the products and the processes we use in tandem with Lead Forensics makes for a winning combination. The very intuitive layout and information gathered for you in Lead Forensics makes following leads up very much quicker and easier. Knowing exactly what a prospective customer is interested in is invaluable especially during an initial approach. The fact that the software is always individually set up for the benefit of enhancing the systems process you already utilise, rather than requiring you to get other new software alongside, means that you get the chance to really get to grips with a tool that will revolutionise your conversion rate regarding website visitors without breaking the bank. I would without doubt recommend Lead Forensics to any SME especially now, post lock down, when every lead counts. Thank you Lead Forensics and thank you for all your ongoing help Francesca Davis, together you make my job a lot more enjoyable and successful!

The training received from Adam Tolmie was first class and made the tool so simple for all of our sales team, which isn’t easy!! Would highly recommend Lead Forensics, and Adam in particular.

Jordan has been brilliant at guiding me through the system, very clear in explaining the detail, and very supportive in helping me to make the most of the data and to keep me on track. He is always looking for ways to improve our use of the system, and goes out of his way to be helpful with suggestions and comments. It really has been a great experience working with him, his intelligent and friendly leadership has really contributed to our understanding and use of the Lead Forensics system. He has been an inspiring colleague, and really helped us to maximise the usefulness of the Lead Forensics system.

Aug 06,2020We have just started working with Lead Forensics so our review is relating to the initial sales process and the interaction from the Sales team and ourselves. Lead Forensics made direct contact with myself as MD of a small business. The initial call was short, polite and really clear about the services they were offering. Despite being extremely busy, I felt their approach was extremely professional and I was prepared to give them half an hour of my time to look at what they did. Our meeting was held via zoom and both Si and Matthew provided us with details of the service they offered in a really clear way, they also provided us with solid data to show the return on investment. They offered a free weeks trial of their tool and we took up their offer. During the course of the week they remained in contact with us and provided us with key information regarding the people touching our website. We had a second zoom meeting where we given the data from the trial. Their portal is exceptionally user friendly and very data driven which means we are able to target our business development activity better and look at what support any potential new clients are looking for. Both Si and Matthew were extremely professional, they built and excellent rapport with us and was extremely helpful in helping us understand the data. We have decided to sign up to use their services for a year and if the rest of the teams are as engaging as them then I am sure we will have a very good working relationship. I would highly recommend small business owners give them a try.

Jul 28,2020Believes that spamming people is a legitimate way of making new business leads. It worries me that a company which is supposedly so good at generating leads/SEO etc. needs to use such underhand tactics to get customers. Also, isnt it interesting that MOST of the people giving 5 star reviews on here have 1 review.... or am I just cynical?

Jul 28,2020Nuisance calls and e-mails. They do not remove you despite asking MANY MANY times. EDIT TO REPLY TO THE BELOW: Despite writing this THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME E-MAILS! EDIT - NO2: After adding they above they decided to try to report my review to trustpilot claiming that I hadn't had a genuine experience with them! Considering in their reply below they acknowledge that they know who I am, this is ridiculous and clearly a lazy attempt to try to remove evidence of their poor customer service!

Jul 23,2020I have been contacted by Lead Forensics multiple times during the last year or so, each time by a different person. To each person, I've stated that I'm not interested and asked to be removed from their call lists/flagged as "not-to-contact" in their internal CRM. All the reps that have called me have said "Sure, no problems!" but obviously haven't done anything about it. When I've been approached via LinkedIn (5 completely new reps), I've always responded to their InMail with: "XXX, can you read my messages?" upon which they've answered, "Yes, I can see your messages". I've then gone on to ask them not to contact me again and complain that I've said this to their colleagues numerous times before but they still keep reaching out and I want it to stop. What happened next? You guessed it, nothing... All in all quite fed up with having to repeat the same message over and over again. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply Georgina. I have reached out to the email as per your advice. I do see that you have reported my review as a violation against Trustpilots guidelines, something that I find very hard to believe. This was a very honest review and I'm happy that you have replied and I hope you too take the opportunity to address this topic internally to hopefully ensure that this doesn't happen again, or with other people.

Jul 23,2020Sam Drains has been an absolute star supporting me through the entire onboarding process and being there to support and ensure I get the most out of Lead Forensics. Like all things, you need to work at making the most of the data you have and there is no doubt that if you take the time each day to qualify the data and get it to your teams in a timely manner you will get a return on your investment. Sam has ensured that I have a process that works and not only that she is a delight to work with, responsive, clear and fun!

I now feel well equipped to tackle the various tools the platform offers, safe in the knowledge that Sam is just an email away! Highly recommend both.

Aug 25,2020Good platform that gives us good visibility of our website visitors. Used it for 3 years and find that for us, it allows us to contact companies we feel could be benefit from our products and services. We know that for those being called it can come out of the blue, but as long as you are helpful in tone and offering on the call and don't push for sales immediately, it can allow you to learn more about who is out there, make new relationships/network and increase sales opportunities. Its a win win as those that do require our products are better off also. Overall a solid tool at a reasonable price point. Would recommend to those that have consistently medium/high web traffic, have a product range that requires some education before buying (so you have something to discuss when you speak to them) and for companies that have a business development team with time to use the data this platform provides.
