Jordan is our Customer success manager. Great customer service and takes a real interest in our business and helps you generate new leads. We've already started seeing returns on the investment made. Will definitely recommend Lead and especially Jordan again.

Lead Forensics is a great system for capturing leads through your website. And that's the point - it's a system. All other solutions I've seen provide part of the picture. But Lead Forensics brings together information about visitors to the site with what they do on the site, and then allows you to allocate that information to a sales team member and track what they do with it through a simple (but effective) integrated CRM system. AND you get very proactive and efficient support (thank you Michaela) who go out of their way to ensure you get the best out of the system.

As per a number of comments on here the sales tactics used by Lead Forensics are extreme and aggressive. However if you dig deeper into the product, the data is extremely good and the value from the product is right up there. Our account Manager Laura Hammacott has been a massive help in guiding us through the way the system works best for us. We don't follow a typical path with this data so have tweaked what we need and it is now a main part of our working. Laura has been quick to share knowledge and has always been available when we've needed her. She has gone some way to undoing the reputation that the sales people have built.

Amazing coaching from Lewis at Lead Forensics He has helped me "LEARN" to use the fantastic tool that is Lead Forensics and that learning process is ongoing but once its mastered it will guide you from conception of a visit to the website to closing orders at your own pace too!

Lead Forensics are a vital part of our business Sophie Warren has recently become our account manager at Lead Forensics, Sophie has given MISL a huge amount support and suggestions as part of our annual review. The software is capable of so much more than we were using it for, all suggested to us by Sophie through 2 conference calls. We honestly couldn't be without Lead Forensics and Sophie's support. Keep up the good work all.

MASSIVE FAIL. We had a multiple contracts with you before across several of our business units.. But sadly your salesman lied when calling us saying "yeah, but we didn't make any money from those contacts, so discounts on future packages isn't possible." If you didn't make any money from year long contracts with us before, why on earth would you ever contact us again? Suggest you rethink your retention strategy and perhaps put said salesman on tea duty instead of the phones. Since discussing this with others it seems Lead Forensics aren't particularly well thought of in the industry generally. Avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service, you won't even get to use the service because you'll wish you hadn't signed up for the 100s of phonecalls you get prior. Aggressive sales people's with 0 people skills. Will harras and pester you, do not listen or care to understand. Avoid! Update: I can assure you this is a genuine review purely based from my experience and what I've heard from the man mentioned in the email you referenced. I really do not care to take anymore time to call you to have a similar experience. Its also odd how many others have had much the same response to your staffs behaviour and aggressive sales. I would suggest you have a staff meeting to reflect on where you are going wrong.

We started a pilot for 1 year a while ago, Sophie Warren is guiding us through the process, she has a very professional approach and leads us through the process. I like the tool and the well organized processes, where we are having some challenges is to find the right contact person to talk to at the lead companies.

I just received a cold call from this company and am afraid that when they told me they clicked one of our pay per click adverts to get to our website I was very annoyed indeed. These are just the kind of people who are costing honest businesses money by clicking our pay per click adverts to find our phone number then try and sell us things. When I told him how annoyed I was about that, he laughed and said, "I needed to get to your website, didn't I." Not impressed, sorry. RESPONSE TO THE BELOW REPLY: I was called by 02392333467 at 09:52 and having read your response I Googled that number and others report having received calls from "Lead Forensics" from that number. So I phoned that number back, and Peter answered and confirmed that your website is Lead Forensics .com - So no, this is not a fake review. And I am sure if you check your call logs you will see that you called 123 Racks, us, at that time. ADDITIONAL RESPONSE: I received a call from Lead Forensics (kudos to them) and having listened back to the call they made to me, I was offered a cheque for the cost of the click, and was reassured that they had called a team meeting in Sales to reiterate their training NOT to click adverts to find potential customers. (In case you are wondering, I declined the cheque of multiple pence and will give them the benefit of the doubt in all respects). They also apologised for accusing me of leaving a fake review.

Our company have been trying to implement Lead Forensics for some time now. Sadly the tool is not for us, we have tried using the tool ourselves and have even asked an external telemarketing company to try it on our behalf. The process requires time and resources to get right and even when you do get in contact with the person who landed on your site, it’s the same case of them ‘just looking and will make contact if they need anything’. Our account manager Sarah went above and beyond to try and help us get some results, she was excellent and a credit to her company. From suggesting a work process that was tailored to our business, to working with our telemarking company, there was nothing she wouldn’t help with. Sadly despite our combined efforts we did not get any results from Lead Forensics. Maybe for the right business, with Sarah’s support, Lead Forensics could provide value.

I have been approached by Lead Forensics around 10 times now. each time I have told them I am not interested in their services and I keep getting sales calls. I have asked to be taken off their call list and have warned my clients against using them. We had a trial, got 0 results.

I have just had the displeasure of receiving a cold call from this company. I spoke with a salesperson who identified himself as Lance who has a very unique sales approach. Lance asked to speak to someone specific in our organisation, I asked for more details about the purpose of the call before forwarding the through to the person he asked for as we receive a lot of cold calls for everything you can think of and 99% of them are irrelevant for our business purposes. Lance wasn't very forthcoming with the details, so I pressed again, he answered vaguely saying he "wants to give a demo of their products". I then again asked what the products are and Lance finally answered the riddle and explained the products which Lead Forensics sells. I told Lance that his solutions would be of no interest to our organisation. Lance then became rather interested in my position in the company, I answered this for him and Lance said that there is no way I would understand how business leads work and he needs to speak to someone else who is able to understand business leads. I put the phone down on him. When trying to make a sale, first impressions count - and my first impression of Lead Forensics is to avoid at all costs. They run a shady sales tactic of cold calling sales and being purposely vague to try to worm their way through to someone who may bite to see their product, and they are outright insulting on their cold calls to their potential clients. Lance you have guaranteed that we will never be doing business with Lead Forensics. As someone who "has no understanding of business leads" I advise EVERYONE to strictly avoid doing business with Lead Forensics. UPDATE - I have since received a telephone call back from the Sales Director of Lead Forensics who has apologised and that they will be investigating internally. I advised the Sales Director of other people who have had similar experiences and left reviews online outlining a similar experience to myself. I appreciate that a call back was made.

I have been using the system from Lead Forensics for the last 5 weeks. My on boarding manager is Michael Bowles. We have worked through a plan in a methodical way. We have already converted leads into sales and will continue to adapt the way we use it to maximise the sales.

Your sales caller, Jacob, has called one of my clients every day, pretending to be oblivious to the previous days' calls even though I personally informed him he is violating TPS and making a note of every time he'd called Regardless of how your product itself works, your sales callers are a bunch of obnoxious and aggressive fools and first impressions count

Positives. If you can make the time it can help your business. Requires training and input of time which a normal business doesn't have. Negatives. They will chase you too sign the contract and hold you to the DD so you have to be prepared to make the most of the product. Training can be a slow process and your account manager may be busy which can be frustrating. There are better cheaper products out there.

I spent some time reviewing different providers and testing what they provided. Lead Forensics came out on top for me for a few reasons. The most important for me was the data identified across Europe, as we have a number of different regional offices and so detecting companies across all regions is a must and they did it better than anyone. Other key things included the user-friendly UI of the software, as it will mostly be sales people using it and they need it to be simple and easy to find what they need. Added to this was the integration with Salesforce, which they do in a far better way than lower-end competitors who rely on Zappier for this. Now we are onboard, what I've been so impressed by is the level of customer service. I thought it would be a quick case of 'here's the logins tell me if there are any problems' but it has instead been a very professional and impressive step-by-step process of setting up the system tailored exactly to our needs. The customer success manager - John Allwood - has been particularly brilliant at finding out what we are looking to do and ensuring all of our trigger reports are set up perfectly, as well as managing the import of customer and prospect data for more efficient lead allocation.
