Lead Forensics is a great partner for your business, it helped me gain leads on a regular basis. The help and support is fantastic! I worked closely with Nicki Young who was always there if i ever needed any advice and she regularly checked in to see how things were going or if she noticed a potential lead I may have missed. Overall a great team and a great partner.
We joined Lead Forensics in May 2017, following a cold call, to see how it would work for us. Interesting concept but in reality difficult to use. We are service industry and if a corporate company or government body googled us it would leave their generic contact information - trying to find who made the link is almost impossible to find - you can buy information from Lead forensics with peoples names and email addresses but there can be so many to cold email!! So we made decision of leave in October 2018 and they said we could not without going another year.-Yey!! it is now I can leave and stop paying them £200.00 a month for nothing!
A really unfriendly company, seemingly based in the principles of harrassing small businesses who have made it clear they want nothing to do with Lead Forensics. I spoke to one representative months ago, and now I've recieved constant calls, harrassment and spam messages. I've unsubscribed from them at least 100 times and they always find routes to find me again. If I block them from my emails, they find me on LinkedIn. How on earth can staff be happy carrying out these aggressive sales techniques? Do they ever actually work? (Speaking to the actually humans at Lead Forensices now, not the copy-paste bots that will inevitably reply to this comment, telling me the exact same thing they've told everybody else who has made the same complaint. Nothing will happen and I will not email digital*leadforensics.com because god knows what you'll do with my email address after that).
Only leaving 4 stars for now and happy to increase it to 5 stars when i get some sales generated through this platform. Jordan King is my customer success agent and he genuinely wants my business to grow. Very helpful with clear goals. Exciting times !!
We have worked with Lead Forenics for over 4 years now. I would fully recommend the platform to anybody who needs additional website visitor information. Lead Forenics is a great addition to any sales and marketing team. Our Customer Success Manager (Luke Shaw) is extremely helpful and is always on hand to provide additional support and improve the way we use the platform. One of the best account managers I have ever worked with - certainly puts the customer first!

After signing up for Lead Forensics we were very promptly and professionally trained on how to use the system. The academy offers great insights into sales strategy and approach. Cannot praise Sarah Courtney enough! Have seen a lot of people leave feedback about her here and I would like to add yet another review - Sarah has been an absolute star from the very start; There isn't a question or request she won't answer right away - as thorough and helpful as possible at that. Sarah knows her stuff but more importantly - she knows your business too and would often anticipate your needs - and she is always there for you.
Decent software, but overpriced and having invested 2K pounds for a 15 month contract (3 months for free), we received not one lead. The investment was never recovered. Awful accounts department. Removed the software from our site and won't ever use them again. Hi Charlotte, Thanks for your response. A quick search online or on your CRM and you should find what company I am associated with. I made my concerns aware to your accounts team (who passed one invoice to a third party for payment with a financial penalty attached) and the technical account manager. The only way to resolve the issue I had was a full refund, but I couldn’t see that happening, so I didn’t bother asking. I was oversold the product and over promised on the potential ROI. I made a mistake with the purchase and put it down as a bad experience/decision. Diarmuid.
I was in contact with Michaela for a certain period. Michaela is amazing. She's very friendly and helped me answering all my questions at any time. Nothing was too much to ask.
GDPR does not apply to this company it seems! After receiving several phone calls from Lead Forensics patronising sales staff over several months - each time they've been informed to remove our details from all of their databases as we're simply NOT interested - they still continue to make unwanted calls. The very fact that they seem to think they know my business better than I do, is, quite simply, arrogant. Time to inform the ICO of Lead Forensics continued breach of GDPR.
