Jun 05,2018We have used Lead Forensics for a few years now. We have used it for winning new clients and also expanding existing accounts too. The sales training section has been beneficial and it's been great having Ed Maccabee looking after us offering help and support when needed.

Jun 05,2018Support from the Lead Forensics team and in particular our Account Manager (Bethan Jones) was great, always proactive in helping us to get the best from the tool. We tested a number of alternatives but selected Lead Forensics as their database seems to be the best by far. Software is easy to use and track incoming leads. We have stopped using it after a year (purely because we don't have enough incoming traffic to justify the expense). The cancellation process was straight forward.

Jun 05,2018We have been using LF for almost a year now. It does take some work to get the most out of it, if you're looking at going for it I’d say not to expect a product that just drives sales into your inbox. It is however very helpful for 'good old fashioned business development' as you should never sell to someone who doesn’t need your product/service. LF allows you to qualify leads by showing companies that have been looking around on your site and in theory, looking at your product/service. We have had Bethan Jones as our account manager for most of this past year who has been incredibly helpful. We set up monthly calls and had a separate agenda for each call that went well over and above just using the LF site. I would recommend lead forensics to anyone in business development looking for the edge on prospecting.

If you have the resource to dedicate within your company, the tool can be invaluable - giving a real insight into the quantity and quality of your web traffic. Beth Jones has been our account manager from the beginning - she is a good constant to have and is definitely one of the 5 stars endorsement! Responsive, patient, articulate, professional, knowledgeable - I wish more account managers were of that calibre.

It is a useful tool to use alongside more tradional led genreation methods and of course, it enables us to highlight those companies interested in specific aspects of what we can offer and therefore tailor our approach to win buisness. It has made us aware of companies that we may not otherwise have flagged up as potential clients. The support service provided by Kreena Patel has been excellent. always helpful and on hand to give advice and alternative method of solving any technical issues we may have.

Jun 05,2018As a company we were missing a significant chunk in our understanding of our 'potential' marketing; we knew there were new and different sectors that we were failing to address and subsequently missing out on. The decision to apply Lead Forensics to our website was the best thing we did. Using it now for around 18 months we have a firm grip on who our broader market is and it is now resulting in new and positive sales leads. In most part we have to give credit to our account manager Annie Waight who completely understands how Lead Forensics works and has taken time to get right under the skin of our company to help us to successfully apply the service; and she's never short of new suggestions to make it work harder for us. Lead forensics is a great tool to monitor web traffic and there are loads of great information on how to use all this information that they supply.
