Jun 12,2018My account manager at Lead Forensics was Oliver Armstrong. I would highly recommend him as he was very helpful over the time I was a customer. Always striving to help me get the best out of the data provided. Overall Lead Forensics are in my opinion very good at what the do but for me there are too many "bells and whistles" for what I needed the data for.

People may stumble upon your website and bounce off but don't generally click through several pages without having some interest in your services and I for one think it is great to know, where possible, which companies are doing that. Great training and support by the way from our account manager Bethan Jones - always helpful and a pleasure to talk to thank you!

I have been dealing with Jazmin Mills at Lead Forensics for some time now and can say she is as passionate about us succeeding with this tool as we are. All in all Jazmin helped us understand how to increase our leads and Lead Forensics helped us understand the needs of our clients.

She pushes to review regularly which I find refreshing and I need that type of management or I will get bogged down and stop making use of the platform.

Jun 07,2018With lead forensics and the fantastic help of John Allwood we identify not only companies that are interested in our services, but also identify their needs and who to reach out to. It does require some effort, but once you've set everything up you'll no doubt have a much better handle on who you're talking to, their interests and the entire process.

Jun 06,2018Lead Forensics in an excellent portal to manage your clients in and to see exactly how and when they are responding to your sales and marketing efforts. The categorizing and data management options are good too and so is the integration with Salesforce. The support and follow up from Simon has been great and we fully understand how to use the system.

Jun 06,2018We are in the initial stages of using Lead Forensics and we have found it to do exactly what was outlined in the sales process. Andy Rowe has helped us with making best use of the product. We typically have a weekly call which is very structured. At the beginning of each call we review what has been achieved to date and then agree what new material we are going to cover on the call. Overall we are very pleased with this product which will no doubt drive new business for us.

Being able to monitor our daily website traffic ensures we keep focus on optimising our website from a commercial aspect and provides useful data in respect of our current clients. The ability to be able to set up trigger reports, including fairly complex ones, provides us with real time data on potential sales which we are then able to track and monitor throughout every stage of the sales process.

The ability to see who is looking at your website and obtaining potential leads is really helpful. Our customer service manager Hannah Smith has been really helpful and has guided us through the setup which is very straightforward and is always available to answer any questions we have.
