Jun 14,2023I ordered two more camping chairs similar to one I purchased from Leisure Outlet a while ago, still at a competitive price. Shipping was free and the items arrived just over two days from placing the order. Ordering system was very good and delivery first class from Yodel. Can't get much better than that hence 5 stars. Well done everyone!

After service is poor - missing items I’m my delivery on the 7th June - I called as soon as the packages were opened and the agent reassured me they would arrive the following day. We are now 21st June and after servers calls 3 explaining what was missing and completing a form sent from Leisure Outlet to inform them of the missing items I’m still today being asked what’s missing what are the tracking numbers and can I check the tracking numbers on the boxes…. The awning / wind jammer / awning carpet plus poles can wrapped in black bags!! No boxes and now I’m being asked to check the packaging 14 days later - why would I keep black plastic wrapping for two weeks. I have lost all confidence and removed my positive review as the customer service is horrendous. I don’t know how many times I can say what is missing. AVOID IF YOU ARE LOOKKG FOR GOOD AFTER SERVICE - there are other retailers that sell the exact same items at similar prices. I don’t expect to still be providing information over and over a again for two missing poles that cost less than £40 - the inconvenience is the problem as I have a wind jammer that was over £150 which I can’t use as I wanted to as the additional poles are missing. Shop around 1st as I say competitors offer the same items

Jun 11,2023I order an MTB bike. It arrived with the box open and after trying to complete to assemble the bike, it had major part missing. After contacting the company they were very unsupportive with their response. No call back, e.mail or how long it will take replace the part. Not impressed.
