Jun 08,2023sorry to have to do this but do not buy a leisurewize/streewise awning from this company as there is no apparent backup for spare parts after months of trying to sort a simple issue as a missing storm strap (had to sort it myself) and then a leaky air bladder, I did not want all the faff of trying to repack the thing, offered to fit a replacement myself but they could not supply the part (no explanation), although they did offerto replce the awning, just could not be bothered anymore. i shall put up for sale and buy a dometic poled awning instead

Jun 08,2023Ordered a sun awning online and cleverly forgot to order a new caravan step, which was the plan. To avoid paying delivery I called Leisure Outlet and spoke to Dan, great guy, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Managed to rejig the order so that the step and some screw in pegs where included with no delivery cost. I've used Leisure Outlet a few times for this very reason. 5 stars was an easy decision, well done guys.

Jun 08,2023Was just an enquiry as thinking of getting a porch awning, our first port of call was Dan who couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained what we needed to re measuring. All in all we called up three times & luckily got Dan each time, well it was Saturday so he might have been the only one working! 😉 Needless to say we ordered & it has been delivered today. Dan, you’re a credit to your profession & your employer.
