May 26,2023I phoned to get more information so that I could buy a driveway awning kit and cowl poles for the Cayman MK 2 poled drive away awning that I had recently purchased from this firm for my VW Transporter. I spoke to Millie who was very helpful and friendly. Millie was very thorough with my enquiry and found the right items to fit my van and awning. I had looked at the website and found that the information was rather confusing and unclear as to what I needed, in fact I would have ordered the wrong items! Thank you Millie for being so patient with my enquiry ( I have a brain injury and find communicating difficult at times). I am now awaiting the delivery of the right items to make my campervan outings more enjoyable and easier to separate the campervan from the stand alone awning. Millie deserves her 5 stars !

May 26,2023Ecoflow river2 pro.Ordered ecoflow river2 pro in January they take payments promise delivery date .days come and go promise more dates .they say war in ucraine for delivery dates been missed then short delivered stock from manufacturer.promises broken stay clear we ordered howers from another retailer.got it the next day

May 24,2023Take Caution when purchasing from this company… I found what i was looking for after ages & ages of searching for it in shops with no luck, i found it on this companies website… going in with high hopes sadly has left me hugely disappointed in the company. I ordered my item at the end of April and the item kept being “delayed and it will arrive soon” getting towards the END OF MAY i realised this is more hassle than it’s worth and red flags started going off in my head realising that perhaps the item will never arrive! So after requesting a refund which took ages to deal with too, i finally have my money back. But just take caution when buying from. Customer service team were a bit rude after i emailed to see where my refund was… i literally got a reply saying “seems like you’re unhappy with how refunds work” which seems very unprofessional and not good manner to talk to customers. I also kept being told it was a small run business and kept being compared to amazon (No-one asked but hey) nice to see you took the biscuit, by taking my money and not in return sending the item I purchased.

May 23,2023I have bought several high value items - awnings etc from Leisure Outlet and never had any need to contact their support service until now and I am really disappointed with the lack of response on an issue I thought would be dealt with quickly. However, two weeks has passed since I reported the defect and the only response I have had is that they are ’waiting for an update from the suppliers’. The problem I have is with a Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro 4-Bike Bicycle carrier set, which is a Motorhome bike rack with 4 bike rails. It is supplied with two rails already mounted and there are two additional sets of holes for the two additional rails. However, the bolts provided with the add on rails are too short for the additional slots. I have sent images, detailed descriptions to show this is indeed the case - as I even doubted that Fiamma would make such an error. In fact I thought it was more likely that I had been sent the wrong rails as the bolt fittings on the additional rails do not match the ones already mounted - not something I would expect from Fiamma. I thought think this would be quickly resolved… especially as I told then that we need this as we are about to go away for half term and need all four rails, but still no response. I can’t return the item as it is now bolted to the back of my Motorhome, otherwise I would. So I had to purchase the right sized M5 55mm bolts from Amazon at my own cost, as I gave up ever getting it resolved with Leisure Outlet. The reason for the low score was not the problem - it was the complete lack of support to deal with the problem.

May 23,2023Ordered an awning on 30th April, but was sent the incorrect size. Packaged it up for return and they promised a courier w/b 5th May. Annoyingly they said they wouldn't ship the correct item until the wrong one had been received back - not a very trusting approach given their mistake. Sadly the courier never arrived, and another collection could only be arranged for 17th May. As of 23rd May they still haven't processed this as received in their system (despite the tracking saying they've had it since 19th). They have refused to refund until they process their incorrectly shipped item. It is now 24 days since my order, I never received my item, and they are still holding my money. I've ordered the item from elsewhere (at the same price) as I couldn't wait any longer due to planned camping trips. Very disappointed at their attitude. They should have refunded or sent a replacement right away when it turned out they'd sent the wrong item. Unfortunately I was told on the phone this was not "company policy" and there was no flex. So company policy is clearly not about treating customers appropriately. I won't be using them again. Update in response to reply: My order number is NS2014767449. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company who have confirmed that you are incorrectly holding my money. They have refunded me and will now pursue the funds with you directly. The tracking number proves you have had the item a week yet you are still refusing to authorise a refund. It is now in the hands of the credit card company.

May 20,2023Very disappointed with the service from this company.I saw a deal for an awning that was ex display and at a very reasonable price which I ordered and paid for on 4th May.I allowed some extra time for delivery because of the bank holidays.I rang last week and was told it would be dispatched early week commencing 15th.I rang on 17th and was told it would be dispatched that day or today 18th.I rang again today to confirm it was on its way to be told they could not find it in the warehouse,and therefore would offer me a refund.I look forward to said refund being in my account within 5 days as promised.I will not use this company again.

May 26,2023Excellent service. Was looking to purchase a Driveaway awning but was looking at 3 options on my short list. Spoke to Dan who spent some time going through all 3 descriptions and differences to help me decide. He even phoned the suppliers a couple of times whilst I waited to get some accurate information. Awning orderd and arrived exactly on time ( which was great because we are off on holiday tomorrow and needed delivery today.) Can’t thank you enough for your time, help and advice. 👍👍👍👍👍
