Jun 02,2023I ordered two products that I needed at relatively short notice. Leisure outlet sent me the wrong goods which was not a good start. I contacted immediately to organise for the products I needed to be sent straight out to ensure they got to me in time. However, I was told that their ‘policy’ is to net send the correct goods until they had proof that the wrong goods I had received were picked up. I was given the job of calling them as soon as they were picked up rather than them being told by the courier. I did this and was promised my good would be sent for delivery 12:00 the next day. Inevitably the goods never arrived as planned and missed my deadline for use. I asked to speak to a supervisor to override their policy given the mistake was theirs. I was promised a call back but this was never made. All in all a very poor experience.

Jun 01,2023Placed an order for 2 Noma pendant lights on 18th May. I had a email to advise order had been dispatched 2 days later, however only one (damaged) light was sent!!! I emailed to enquire about the missing item and report the damage. I got through to Millie, who was very dismissive and unhelpful. I ended that call and called again and got a gentleman (Imran??) who led me through the process for reporting the damage. I was reassured that the missing item will be sent within a couple of days, as they had run out but stock delivery was due that day. Fast forward 2 weeks later, missing item is still not with me, I’ve not had an email to confirm when or if I will ever get it. I have emailed them to ask for a refund so I can buy elsewhere. This is too much hassle for a £14 light. Response to Leisure outlet 01/06/2023 Leisure Outlet Order Confirmation: SR20551449 I’ve spoken to Dan to request for a refund. He’s verbally advised that will be actioned but I’m yet to receive an email confirmation I’ll wait patiently for that to reach my account in 7 working days.
