I waited a while before actually investing as I had numerous queries which were all answered immediately via a live webchat, whenever I needed. The information provided is clear and informative . A thoroughly professional team.

Apr 23,2016So much of your information is just on display, not masked by and protection bar one password. The idea of the website seems good but with passport number, bank account number addresses all in one place with weak protection, you fear for the protection of your details! It is a shame as the website seems great but user security should be an absolute priority and it just does not appear that it is here if I am honest

Apr 06,2016I signed up for LendInvest about 2 months ago and made my first investment a month ago. First interest came in - whoop whoop. However, the point of this review is not so much about cashflows as that's fairly obvious from the company's website and yields ;-). I wanted to command LendInvest on their customer service (Matt in particular). They have been super great including a welcome call and constantly asking my questions. Super comforting when someone is dealing with my money and savings. Big kudos to the team - I am absolutely enjoying the experience so far.

Apr 04,2016I recently joined LendInvest and everything looked great, until I checked my Profile page and saw everything displayed openly: not just my address and phone number, but my bank details, passport number and National Insurance number! With one password as the only protection ... Identity theft waiting to happen! I am still absolutely shocked at such practice from an organisation that is apparently so professional. When I wrote to LendInvest they said they were working to change this, but in the meantime I immediately closed my account as the only way to be safe. They have been very helpful and courteous throughout, and if they get this sorted out I expect to reopen an account, but everyone doing business with them should check their Profile pages and make sure they are safe. This prompted me to check my visible data on all the other platforms I lend with. Hope they correct this, as they look good otherwise.

Mar 04,2016The LendInvest website is logical and easy to use. Their proposal is also pretty straight-forward. You give them money which they lend out to short term property investors. In return you receive monthly interest and, when the loan matures, you get your capital back. Loans are short tending to 12 months. You, the investor, choose which borrowers should get your money so you have the interest of examining different property schemes and use your skill and judgement to decide which borrowers are most likely to succeed. If a borrower defaults you lose your money; there is no safety net.

Mar 01,2016I have only been investing through LendInvest for a short while but I intend to continue for some time. The model is very simple and there in lies its appeal. All of my questions have been answered swiftly by a real person and I have thoroughly enjoyed earning a decent interest rate. I have actually begun the process of moving my savings out of my cash ISA, even with tax this is by far the better investment. I have already recommended this platform to a number of my friends and I will continue to do so.

I can easily diversify my investments and there's certainly enough information to bring each opportunity to life. In my view a great example of property investing made easy!

May 10,2016It's a very easy and straight forward platform. Not much background info on loans, but all loans are secured. Loans are underwritten so you immediately start making moning when you buy a part. Rates are about 5-7% , which is lower then my alternatives (AssetzCapital, Mintos)
