Feb 26,2016They expect you to transmit highly sensitive information such as your driving licence unencrypted. You may as well email your credit card number to fraudsters. And that makes you wonder about the rest of their security... Totally unacceptable and unprofessional for a financial services company. Edit: see their response to see how clueless they are. "All information submitted to LendInvest is transmitted ... using bank-grade encryption". This is categorically FALSE. Email is NOT transmitted via bank-grade encryption... the fact that I highlight this problem to other users and they post this blatantly false information now means an email is off to the FCA. My mind is not put at rest, quite the opposite. Absolutely shocking in this day and age.

Feb 16,2016Great company to trade with. Easy platform to operate with great staff in the back room. Not always the best returns in town ...... but the safest. However you will always find a selection of good investments with a good LTV..

Feb 10,2016There is a big difference between what you pay and what you suggest in the provisions given to the customers. I think there could be a little better sharing than what it is at the moment. I am aware that you lay out the funds initially but the margin is balanced heavily in your favour. Perhaps this could be looked over again in fairness completion.

Feb 09,2016Whenever I contact Lendinvest you always get to speak to a person straight away, no hanging on listing to endless music which you get when contacting your bank! The customer service people are willing to deal with out of the ordinary requests and always come up with a solution quickly, based on what the customer requires. The service I have from the Lendinvest team is second to none.

Feb 09,2016Very slick and easy to use website. Not very high volume of investment opportunities (maybe 1-2 a week) so it's fairly slow to diversify, but that is maybe because I don't have a big enough appetite for risk. Returns seem great assuming all loans are repaid.

The website is easy to use, the investment choices are clear and the competetive returns are paid promptly. I'm likely to increase my current investment and would have no hesitation in recommending this to others.

Feb 09,2016Given poor state of ISA's and savings rates this is a great way to invest money in a low cost / low adminstrative manner with decent returns. On average yield 4-5x more than traditional savings / ISA rates would recommend

Nov 04,2015I first came across Lendinvest 2 years ago when I was dipping my feet into the P2P lending process which was just becoming popular. In that time I have never had any problems with the company and have always had first class service whenever I've called them. In the meantime I have increased my portfolio considerably and regularly re-invest the interest earned to benefit from compounding the interest earned. I am now waiting for P2P lending to be accepted within ISA's, hopefully within the next few months, at which point I will be adding more funds as all future earnings will then be tax free.

Feb 27,2016I've only been with LendInvest for a few months but the experience of dealing with them is way better than my bank. Another plus is their customer service team seem to all be based in the UK. I don't know much about investing but LendInvest was the easiest to get started with and I am really happy with my returns.
