As part of my service plan I came in for an MOT test. Once I was seen by the service team member I decided to seat & wait while my vehicle is been checked. On arrival it was quite busy and there where about 8 people's waiting in the waiting area. After seating about 20 mins later the receptionist came to the waiting area and she asked specifically few people if they wanted a hot drink and she served 2 person and then she continued doing other stuffs. She walked passed me several times totally ignoring me. I was in the waiting area sitting for 4 hours during that time many other people's arrived and after initial checking in they where attended to by the receptionist and on ALL occasions she walked passed totally ignoring me. I have been coming to Woodford Lexus with my car since 2018, and I have never been IGNORED. Even when I am the ONLY person in the waiting area. But on this occasion I felt that I am NOBODY. VERY DISAPPOINTED
The heater in my Lexus UX 300e suddenly stopped working about a week before it's first service was due on the 15th January. Unfortunately, there wasn't an earlier appointment, so I brought it in as scheduled. I waited in the showroom but after a couple of hours, my advisor returned to say everything was fine except the heater couldn't be repaired and a new part was needed. She explained that a few of these models had had the same issue and the part wasn't expected in until the 26th February! I had no choice but to take my car home and thankfully, was provided a hire vehicle the next day. I then had to bring the Lexus back to the showroom the following day and was provided a taxi to take me home. On the 30th January around 11.30am, my advisor called to say the part had come in earlier than expected and my car was ready. I asked if they could charge it for me as I hadn't been able to before and she said yes they could. I arrived at 5.15pm but when I got in the car, there was only 18 miles, so it hadn't been charged. The advisor said she'd asked and was told it had been but now, there wasn't anything she could do. I therefore had to drive home on the A406 with no heating, as using it would take more power. So I was unable to check whether the heater worked and with my windows open because they started to steam up! I got home safely with 6 miles left, cold and annoyed. It's unacceptable and the advisor really should have checked that the engineer had charged the vehicle as she'd instructed, as I was left in a very vulnerable position. She was helpful throughout the whole process but unfortunately, I was let down at the last hurdle. I hope lessons are learnt after this experience.

I found the service app particularly useful, I must specifically commend two of your staff members: Carly provided exceptional support with the payment process and helped me efficiently schedule my MOT. Her service was professional and thorough. Tracy has been outstanding in all our telephone interactions. Her warm, professional, and personable approach made the entire process seamless. She provided clear information about additional services available during the MOT. The service engineer was equally impressive, providing detailed explanations of the work required and confirming issues I had previously noticed. The reception area was welcoming, easily accessible, and had convenient parking. Based on this outstanding experience, I would highly recommend Lexus Woodford to any Lexus owner. They fitted free Tracker for my car as it was attack by car theft. I have been welcome with smile and some nice cup of coffee. They done the job fairly quick and also done some extra bit for free like clean the car outside and inside, fitted my headlight plug and even properly installed my bumper. Really happy with the service ☺️
The best car customer service I can ask for. I went to Lexus Woodford this morning this’s my third time to visit the showroom for hybrid check. They carry the best service as usual and gave more unexpectedly they clean my car. I will to show my personal appreciation to jovial Carly Moodley who served me brilliantly, Tracie Cark for serving me with a great smile and tea. Big shoutout to Mahdi, Alex, Louis, and not forgetting the incredible service team and valetrts team and of course AZ with the green jacket
2019 RX 450H Stolen 36 hours after purchase. My advice is to avoid all Lexus / Toyota models that are vulnerable to Canbus theft. Until Lexus decides to fit these vehicles with appropriate deterrents, such as ghost immobilisers, they are a very risky proposition to own. During the sale process I wasn't made aware that additional security measures were required to protect the vehicle.

Sadly I was disappointed with my experience overall. Whilst very friendly, the sales lady who dealt with me and accompanied me on the test drive in a Lexus UX250h Takumi did not appear to have detailed knowledge of the spec and actually gave me some incorrect information. As an aside, some good potential selling points the sales person could have mentioned regarding the "extras" which even I knew about on that grade of vehicle were not mentioned at all so opportunites to really highlight these selling points would have been missed for a customer who was not familiar with them. My biggest issue is that when I was considering that (in my view) the Takumi spec was not not worth the additional cost compared to a "Premium Plus" model and indicated a possibility of downsizing my purchase to one of those she told me that each and every one of the 4-5 "Premium Plus" models on the site were "already sold" but this was incorrect - I later found that at least 3 of them were still available so I can only assume that I was being dissuaded from "downgrading". I eventually purchased a Lexus from another Lexus dealership.
If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, head over to the Woodford branch and ask for the very lovely and energetic Roksana Askor. Despite being almost 2 hours drive away, my visit proved to be more than worthwhile. Roksana was the sales consultant who handled all my queries and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She made initial contact with me over the phone to discuss the vehicle I was interested in, she took me on a test drive and was more than happy to answer any questions I had, of which there were many and she gave me all the time I wanted with the vehicle before I decided to purchase it. She even let me take it for a test drive on my own, which I did for almost 40 minutes! Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she really did go above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with everything. Having never purchased a vehicle from a dealer, my initial thoughts was that I would be pressured into buying, as is often the case with many salespeople. However, Roksana was the complete opposite, she gave me all the time in the World. I took approximately 4 hours at the dealership before I decided to purchase. There was also room to negotiate on the price, which was very much appreciated. I also had a chat with Louis, the manager, and he was also a pleasure to do business with. All in all, I am super happy with my purchase and the service I received from Lexus Woodford was outstanding on all fronts. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout and that really is thanks to Roksana.

Superb experience at Lexus Woodford Green from the moment we walked through the door. We hadn't made an appointment, but on-line had seen they had a green NX, which was what we were after. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly, very polite receptionist who made us feel genuinely welcomed. We then saw Poppy who dealt with us, another really genuinely friendly, professional lady. Super pleased with the attention from Poppy, in complete contrast, I had phoned Lexus in Welwyn Garden City where our last three Lexus's were purchased (all RX's) as this time I was after a green NX they didn't have one, but he was going to check the group stock & come back to me, with what they had. Four days later he still hasn't come back. Their loss, we bought the green NX from Poppy.
Purchased 2 cars promised delivery dates failed several times told lies, sales women didn’t return emails or phone calls This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, never again.

I was experiencing [P] Malfunction error while trying to start the vehicle and also when trying to switch the gear to Drive mode or Reverse mode resulted in Aux Battery failure. This is been now fixed by the Lexus technical engineer replacing with new battery. The whole process went fine, friendly staff in Lexus Woodford. I was served by Customer Advisor Carly who was really friendly and able to get in to the problem quickly. I also requested for service plan and she gave me the estimate while leaving. So caring and gentle staff. I love to visit Lexus Woodford in the future. I was also done with my MOT which was great too.
I bought my car from Lexus Woodford a few years ago, and I continue to have my car serviced on site. I am always treated courteously, with speed and precision from Tracie Clark on the front desk all the way down the line with everyone on site!!

We’ve been over to Woodford branch to have the tyres replaced back in December. The customer service was impeccable and the communication is very good. Our host, Tracie has been a very nice presence, she was happy to assist at any point and she made me feel comfortable while waiting. Would totally recommend Lexus Woodford!
