Our Dad having his Lifeconnect24 bracelet has put my sisters and my mind at rest as we don't live nearby. He has used it several times now and knows the benefit. The company are very quick to contact an ambulance and then my sister to inform her. Dad wears it constantly and says it makes him feel safe. Definitely the best thing we have done to help keep Dad at 84 years old independent.
A very helpful company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and of course using the service gives peace of mind for the family of the vulnerable person. Would highly recommend.
I received a call from Lifeline today. However, I was not aware that my necklace device had been activated. Usually, it vibrates and a red light flashes inside the device but this didn't happen. The lady who spoke to me did not seem a bit interested in what had happened. She only wanted to know if she could reset the alarm.
Mum has had a lifeline 24 bracelet for a good few years it has been a great purchase for her . We have had no problems with the service at all such a good product as mum has had falls and other accidents snd she has pressed lifeline bracelet to which have been a godsend especially when it’s sn emergency. Great product great service

Fortunately I've never had to use the Lifeline for an emergency but it's reassuring knowing that it's there. All the operators I've spoken to, on doing a test call, are very pleasant and helpful.
Purchased a pendant for my grandmother who had a knee replacement and was concerned about falling. Paid for the service for the year and 6 weeks before the expiration of the service I received an email about auto renewal. As she no longer felt she needed it, I called to advise we would not want it to auto renew. The person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and had to go off and speak with someone. Eventually they came back and stated that was fine and we had 2 weeks to send the device back once the service ended. 2 weeks later, a month before the service was up, it auto renewed and money was taken! I called and asked why and they explained it shouldn’t have happened. When I asked for a refund they went to speak with a manager and they said as “a gesture of goodwill” they would refund half and I could get the other half back when we returned the device! Utter shock that despite me saying they could not take the money they still did and then were withholding it. Eventually they agreed to refund the £352 they had taken and said I had to return the unit-we still had a months service I had already paid for up front so I stated I would not be doing this until the month was up. They advised if it wasn’t returned I would be charged which is understandable but I also advised I had paid for the service for the next month already so would not be returning it until that time. Since then I have had endless calls and voicemails left chasing up where the unit is. Today I have sent the unit back and then coincidentally received yet another call chasing it up (service is not due to end until 16th may at which point I have 2 weeks to return it). When I have tried to advise them that their calls have come across as very pushy and I was glad as someone in their 30s they were dealing with it and not my grandmother direct, they only answered “but you sent it back today yes?”. I am very grateful I have had to deal with these calls and not my 84yr old grandmother, had she been dealing with this she may have felt the pressure to auto renew or send it back early despite paying for a years service. If anyone needs a service of this kind I would strongly advise they look elsewhere as they only seem to care about money and their pendants and not the customer!!
Similar to a previous post, my grandmother had one of these lifeline 24 pendants and it was a source of great reassurance to us until her death in March. My mother called to cancel the £200 policy which was in place until November 2023. My mother was not told on this call that the equipment should be returned and it was removed in a subsequent house clearance. My mother is now being chased for £100 to cover the equipment and there is no refund of the unused portion of the rental agreement. She has been told this ‘is in the terms and conditions’, but communication from this company has been very poor at a time when someone is grieving. Update 15.5.23 After a useful discussion, prompted by the post above, LifeConnect have accepted that the fee should be waived as their communication about return of the equipment was not of the required standard. It is very useful that all conversations were recorded to verify this - thank you to Ash and the team.
After losing his wife, for 50 years my dad felt very vulnerable living alone. His little button has made him feel more secure everywhere he goes. He loves his little chats with the friendly voice on his button and has found it so easy to use. As a family the reassurance it gives us is worth every penny. Thankyou
When my alarm was set off by mistake they spoke very calmly and were polite and reassuring.
My husband fell and his pendant broke into 3 pieces. The alarm didn't go off. This was about two weeks ago. I didn't contact the company at the time because it became obvious my husband was going to need 24/7 care in a nursing home. My husband has now died and the company tell me I have to pay £100 for the broken alarm which I now don't have. I also have to return all the equipment. I didn't realise it is rented as this is an expensive system. No way would I use them again.

Lack of communication, emails not received and price increases without communication, money taken with no warning and unhelpful customer service.
I have always use these review platforms to complain about poor service or products, so to take the time to review my experience of life connect is very out of character. The peace of mind this product has provided to both myself and my family is simply priceless. My mother has had a number of falls at home and is unable to get back on her feet by herself, this normally results in her crawling around looking for a phone to call for help which is incredibly painful and frightening for her. Following her last fall I was recommended life connect. Initially hesitant, my mother has worn the pendant for the past week and a half since I installed it for her. During that time she has accidentally set off the pendant four times, each time a very caring, polite, professional and reassuring person asked her if she was okay and reassured her that there was no problems in accidentally calling them. My mother now loves her pendant and feels so reassured at having the ability to call for help at any time, it’s given her so much confidence, she has told everyone about the nice people at life connect. I also have the reassurance that if she needs help somebody will contact me. Wish we had installed one years ago..
