Excellent communication and customer service. Had a few issues initially during set due to line being busy. Straight away they sent out a new box but after speaking with them the issue was due for installing an extra line due to the current coronavirus pandemic to cope with the demand of increased customers. The engineers were currently installing the line and was causing the problem. The line was up and running smoothly after a couple days and was worth the wait as I understand that sometimes these things happen but almost 7 months later we are very happy with the service. The equipment is easy to use and the staff are so polite and helpful every month when we do our monthly line test. First class service

My 95 year old mum has had a lifeline24 alarm system for 4 years and it really has been a lifesaver and enabled her to be independent up until very recently. I can not recommend this company enough. My mum fell and broke her hip in the yard and if it wasn't for her alarm she would have been lying in the yard all night as I had just left her 30 minutes before and would not have been back untill the following morning. The staff are friendly, professional and above all responsive. The equipment was easy to install and the necklace is comfortable to wear and very lightweight. My mum has had a number of falls and each time I have been able to get to her quickly when lifeline have called me. Unfortunately she now needs 24 hour care and has gone into a residential home. Excellent company and excellent value for money. The peace of mind it gives both the family and the alarm user is immeasurable. Thank you

Excellent service. Extremely helpful staff. The whole experience of finding the best personal alarm to suit my needs was easy, very quick and I had the product by return. I would highly recommend Lifeline 24.

Luckily I have not had occasion to use this wonderful service as an emergency but have always found them very helpful when I have spoken to them. I give them full marks for everything. It gives me a great feeling of security to know that they are there.

This is an excellent service, I highly recommend, my mum is 82 and it gives me peace of mind, if she was to have a fall I can be contacted , which she has and I was, the staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble, and they care too

Summary recommendations: Don't sign up for Lifeline24. If you must, make sure you won't lose capacity. If you might lose capacity make sure you let someone know what contract you have signed up to and how to exit it for you or you will be left incapacitated and paying for it. I am the Power of Attorney for my grandmother who was hospitalised over a year ago. Her circumstances sadly left her in a situation where she did not have the capacity to cancel a contract with Lifeline24 although her house became vacant 14 months ago before being sold to a new owner. She is about to pay for her incapacity.  Her family were not aware of the liability but, having just had the first communication on the matter, I was surprised that instead of a sympathetic offer to reimburse payment for the period where the service was paid for but not required, Lifeline24 expect full payment for the useless period and further demand that my grandmother pay to replace the equipment costs for devices we do not have. I have asked to see the contract my grandmother signed up to but, reading other reviews, guess it will favour Lifeline24 and be used to excuse collecting yet more money from her. I wanted to post this review to warn others of an organisation that behaves like this in spirit, even if it is within the letter of their contract. Having now dealt with many service providers in relation to my grandmother's situation I find it very interesting how dealing with this distressing circumstance polarises behaviours. Some companies really step up and show empathy and discretion. Others are out for whatever they can get. Lifeline24 certainly fits the second category which is shameful for a company that deals specifically with many vulnerable customers who may not be around to protect their rights when they unexpectedly lose capacity.

BEWARE!! I ordered this and paid for a full year for my mum at the end of June and we were up and running in early July. She died on the last day of October from COVID-19. When I contacted the company to discuss cancellation and a possible pro rata refund of our payment I was told "Sorry to hear that, but you won't get a refund. You are out of your 30 day cooling off period" "This is a rental agreement so return the equipment to us, unless you know anybody who might want to use it" For a company dealing with vulnerable people this was not the sort of approach I would expect. To me this feels like a scam and a great way for the company to line their pockets. You are better off paying monthly for this so called 'service' .....update....Almost four months on. I’ve heard nothing from this company or their ‘accounts department’ apart from emails and texts to return the equipment and demands to pay for lost equipment. It is not lost, but boxed up ready to go back at the end of the twelve month ‘rental’ period. I’ve repeatedly explained to Lifeline that the equipment will be returned at that point as my mum had paid for the full year in advance. They could of had it all back had they made a gesture to agree some sort of part refund. I would still say think twice before you pay your hard earned money in full up front.

I ordered the equipment for my mother while she was staying with me for a few months. We were charged 166 euro for the equipment in addition to the monthly monitoring charge. I was later informed that the 166 was the first three months rent. When after a few months I went to cancel as my mother was moving back to her own house I was informed that I had to return all the equipment as it was only rented. All the monitoring is based in England so they have no base in Ireland despite having a lifeline24.ie address and Irish phone number. In fairness they did provide a postage paid envelope to return the equipment.There are however Irish based companies who can provide this service and who also provide the equipment free so if I was doing this again that's what I would do. First class. Very helpful from start to finish. Next day delivery, easy to install, we ordered the fall detection alarm which works brilliantly. Needed to change from neck pendant to wrist and received the next day although only requested at 5pm!

The device is very well made , it is weighty, so wont get knocked over, or off a unit easlily, the pendants have a two fitting design wrist or neck. The response time from pressing the pendant to control box activation is very impressive near instant. I did find the dialing tones heard through the control box a little confusing but not and issue, the volume from the contol box is loud , I cant comment on how sensative the inbuilt microphone is or how far someone could be heard via it as this would only be heard by opratives that monitor the system. I did have a problem with their online form for filling out client information, but on contacting them they emailed me the same form. My kit also did not include a installation instruction but once again it was mailed to me so there was no issues, it is easy to setup any how even without instruction. The buttons on the control box are large and back-lit in various coloured lights. I did look around for best pricing and found this company competitive.

Ordered this item for my 90 year old mother, it was very easy to set up and the person from Lifeline on the phone was very helpful. My mother is wearing it at all times so it gives the rest of the family peace of mind and it is good value for money.

I ordered a lifeline24 device for my mother-in-law. It was really easy to get through on the phone to discuss what we needed and the equipment arrived promptly and was nice and easy to install. All in all a really quick, efficient and friendly experience getting it all set up :)

I've just taken delivery of my lifeline alarm after a couple of falls at home. I now feel safe in the knowledge that my family can be contacted if I have any more problems

Just wanted to say what excellent service I have received from time of ordering to installing. I feel so much more relaxed living on my own knowing lifeline 24 are a phone call away. Would highly recommend.
