Although I don't consider myself old or frail I recently had a health issue which made me look at Lifeline and decided it was time I took the leap. I live alone and my family are many miles away so I don't have someone I can rely on in an emergency, this is where Lifeline comes in and I bit the bullet and signed up. The process of set up was very simple indeed, the lady on the end of the line was very clear and calm, the signal worked well, even at the bottom of my fairly large garden. I am lucky enough to have a very good neighbour, who is in the younger age group and he readily agreed to be my first point of contact so his details were logged, again without fuss. I am expecting, and hoping, that I will never need the alarm in earnest, but the peace of mind it gives, is marvelous.
a dear friend was found unconcious in his home after laying for a few days undetected. he was taken to hospital but sadly died a few days later. i had been thinking about home alarms and that made me decide. I live alone( I have family living close) and am 81 and decided to take the step. I looked on line at several systems and decided on lifeline 24. I phoned one day and the next day it was delivered. within 12 hours or so it was up and running. The dealings I have had with Lifeline 24 have been very positive and extremely helpful. My husband and I have been wearing the alarms for a week now and it has made us feel a lot safer it was quick and easy to install and although not had to use it yet just gives us peace of mind
The service I received from Lifeline24 was excellent. The alarm was delivered on time the next day. The customer service was excellent. The operators were friendly and professional and the alarm testing was carried out quickly with no problems. I would highly recommend this company to other users of personal alarm systems.

I'm a new customer, having taken out the cover at the beginning of July 2020 but I was impressed with the service on offer, the question-and-answer that followed to clarify the details, and the efficiency with which the equipment was delivered; and the self setting-up instructions were easily to follow.
I am very happy with the service and product I have received from lifeline! They were there every step of the way and answered all my calls and questions very quickly putting my mind at complete rest! I got this for my dad who had collapsed and was only found by chance, it was then I realised I needed something. Set up was easy and the cost of the product is more than justified. It was delivered the day after I brought it. I would hope he will never have to use this product but it’s good to have it if he needs it. We like to say we hope it’s a waste of money and it will be completely worth every penny! Thank you Lifeline you’ve helped to put a whole family’s mind at rest from worry!
Brilliant service. Phoned the company and spoke to very pleasant, informative representative. Details taken and the Lifeline equipment arrived the next morning. Easy to set up. Small alarm button can be hung around neck or worn on wrist. My daughter is reassured, as am I. I live alone and have poor mobility due to arthritis. Already had one fall in garden on cold rainy night, resulting in hospital admission. Had to shout for help. Neighbour heard and called 999. The Lifeline will get emergency services and alert neighbours and daughter much more quickly.
Excellent service in both ordering and setup for my 90 year old mother. The unit arrived the very next day as advertised and contact nominees were easily changed with a quick phone call. Thoroughly recommended to anyone worried about elderly relatives!
Used for the first time yesterday press the band on my wrist someone answered immediately asked if they could call me I ambulance I asked what the problem was so I told him within 10 minutes I ambulance arrived.
I brought this for mum who lives in Norfolk and I live in Northampton...it now gives me a bit of peice of mind that there is help close when she cant get a phone!! As she hasnt had to use it but found it quite easy to set up ..
Recently changed to Lifeline24 from another provider. Hardware received was identical and changing over was straightforward. Set up procedure (series of test calls) was smooth and reassuring. Significantly lower cost than previous provider. Have not had to use in an emergency yet but overall I am impressed with the service.
Great service and very easy to set up and test. Ordered on the Friday and it turned up on Saturday. Monitoring Centre staff very helpful. Nothing to much trouble.Yearly changes very reasonable for piece of mind.
What can I say after getting real peace of mind!!
All staff were exceptionally helpful, I emailed to find out further information I got a response almost instantly. When I called to ask questions the lady was very helpful, polite and friendly. I knew our booking was in safe hands. The order was received within days and when my grandparents tested their lifeline the staff again were so helpful and asked them to test it in different rooms. Thank you lifeline for being well a lifesaver, I now sleep easier at night knowing my grandparents are in safe hands being able to access help with their lifeline if needed.
Although we haven't had to use life line , it gives us enormous peace of mind, knowing that at the press of a button, someone will come to our assistance. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, the staff are very helpful and so patient and polite. I have excellent peace of mind now my 80 year old mum has this installed. That itself is priceless. I highly recommend getting this for elderly parents if they are living alone like mine. She's so independent and still wants her bit of independence for now.
Simple to order, really easy to set up. Staff were so polite and friendly to talk to. Good to have the system in place.
