This year I passed 80 years of age and live alone. I had also started to commonly lose my balance and fall down , so I bought a fall detector and emergency alarm. The first 'fall detector' did not seem to work so the team promptly just sent me another one. At all times the support team have been understanding, tolerant and helpful.

Order a lifeline product online for my husband who recently had a stroke and suffers from dimentia. Straightforward website, delivered when quoted and simple installation instructions. The testing of machine was step by step with polite, helpful operators. Interestingly our electricity was temporarily off today and the lifeline machine warned of this. Very pleased with this service and it’ll be a great reassurance for me when I return to work that my husband has this safety.
Lifeline24 Well Done. Earlier this year I had a few health problems and although over 80 didn't feel ready for any lifeline support, but was persuaded by my son 'just in case'. I'm glad I did. From start to finish the people at lifeline 24 were so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and service they provide., Connor in particular. Then after ordering the alarm unit and receiving it the next day when we went through the set up process everyone we spoke to was so kind and reassuring. Since having the alarm my father had a few false calls and was told to change the wrist mounted alarm to his left wrist which has stopped the false calls. I ordered a Lifeline 24 monitor for my 86 years old father following a period of illness. It gives me peace of mind knowing that he can get assistance to contact family members any time, night or day if needed. The fall detector feature is also very valuable as he is unsteady on his feet at times. The operators are very friendly but professional when he has accidentally activated the call button. I can recommend Lifeline 24 for elderly people that live alone and value their independence but may need assistance in contacting help if unwell or have had a fall.
I think Lifeline is exactly what its title suggests. During its setting up the staff were very helpful and explained everything. Initially I managed to trigger it off accidentally a couple of times. The calls to check on me were instant and,again, helpful.
Fast efficient service. All our questions answered clearly over the phone. Ordered at 17.30, arrived 08.30 the next day, installed and working by lunchtime! I hope we never need to test it in 'real' life.
I bought this lifeline for my mother following her hip dislocation which had really knocked her confidence. Since lifeline has been installed she is back to her independent self. Excellent service.

I thought that installing a Lifeline24 system might be complicated but it wasn't. From the first phone call everything ran smoothly. The system arrived in less than 12 hours - in fact before my mum was home from hospital! Finding the right place to position it took some thought and you need to hope that your BT master socket is near enough to connect to as the alarm may not work properly if you don't use the master socket and accidentally leave a phone off the hook. We had no choice but to take the risk although my mum is very unlikely to not put the phone back properly. Setting up the alarm was easy and my mum duly pressed her alarm button and was connected to a very cheerful and professional call handler who spoke to her by name and talked her through the setup procedure. She was able to do this without help and we were up and running in less than 20 minutes. I'm now back home and my mum is living independently once again. But now she has an extra layer of support thanks to Lifeline24. She's very pleased (although doesn't believe that she'll ever need the alarm - and we hope that's the case!) and my sister and I can now breathe a little easier knowing that mum can get help at the push of a button. One thought. My mum isn't keen on the button as it doesn't complement her dress style! Also the elasticated wrist band stays wet after a shower and irritated her skin when she first used it. So how about offering a more elegant expanding strap (stainless steel, silver, gold?) for ladies who worry about their appearance?

Sep 07,2020Decided to get this alarm after a fall. Very easy to set up as my daughter did it! Delivery next day for free, well packaged and instructions clear. If you can install broadband box, you can do this. Test process took longer. Fall detection pendant excellent idea. Haven't used it for real yet thankfully. Have recommended to two people already.
