I bought the lifeline for my father, who had a couple of falls at home. He lives alone and the lifeline gives us peace of mind that should anything serious happen he will be able to get help wherever he is in the house. He installed it with a lot of help from me over the phone as he's not tech savvy at all. But tested it himself and has accidentally activated it once so far. The response from the call centre has been very quick and dad is very happy with the device.

My daughter helped me in organising the support I needed for living independently but safely as I am approaching 92 and a bit unsteady on my feet. The lifeline is very light to wear and unobtrusive. I don't think about it but it is very comforting to know that should I fall, especially in the bedroom at night, I shall have an easy way of obtaining help. The lifeline was sent to us in the post extremely quickly and my daughter set it up on-line without any difficulty. The telephone contact we have had with the company has been friendly and efficient.
Lifeline 24 was easy to order and it arrived the next day. Easy to install, thanks to very clear instructions. We didn't even need a BT line splitter as that was included in the pack. The bracelet is comfortable. Very friendly & helpful staff. Peace of mind for my mother and our family.

Excellent service so far. Ordered the system online and it came next day. Easy to set up and use. Have called customer helpline to add more contacts and this was also simple and straightforward. Haven't had to call you on it yet but it's made me feel safer having this system in my home and is giving me and my family peace of mind.

My daughter recommended this product for me. We spoke to a gentleman on the phone before we decided to purchase the unit. He explained everything clearly to us. It came within two days and was very easy to set up and do all the tests. I decided to have the annual fall detector plan. This not only helps to keep me safe but it also reassures my daughter if I have a fall.
Alarm only just set up. It was easy to activate and test. It is too early to leave any review as to the operation of the system but if you required a review in a few months I would be happy to oblige.
Very impressed with both their online ordering process and also the speed of delivery, plus of course the important factor of price (less than half the cost of my previous lifeline provider). The no VAT option was not offered by my previous provider. The ordering process was very simple but efficient, recording appropriate health, medication, and access information to aid any emergency services should they need to attend. I was also impressed with the simple installation and testing process, which took less than 15 minutes from delivery.
Having had a stroke on 23 April 2020 I needed an emergency contact once I returned home as I live on my own. I ordered an alarm from Lifeline 24, early one morning and received the alarm the following day. It was very easy to set up - the instructions were easy to follow - and when I tested it the call was quickly answered. I then went through a test sequence which was quickly done with help from a lady at Lifeline 24. I am very pleased with the reception I got from Lifeline 24 and feel very confident I will get help if I ever needed it. Thoroughly recommended.
First class product and service and very easy installation
I have major health issues and live alone. A friend of mine suggested Lifeline as a way of feeling safe with the knowledge that somebody is always there to raise the alarm and get me the help needed. The process of setting up was minimal and easy to follow instructions from the operator. My life is so much better now and free from all anxiety. Would recommend to anybody who is in similar circumstances
