The assistance in setting up and the various tests the very friendly staff asked us to do were a great comfort to know that it worked at such a good distance - thank you Lifeline24

May 14,2020I am recently widowed and have emphysema and my family live 100 miles away . Having my alarm gives me peace of mind that if anything happens to me I will be able to quickly get the help I need . I did need help to set it up however as I’m not technically minded at all . I now feel a lot more secure in my own home .

Super speedy delivery, arrived next day as advertised, really simple to set up & again the advisors I spoke to were really helpful & so polite, we have had 1 accidental alarm activation! which was handled brilliantly. Has really put our family at ease knowing we have this system looking after my mum when she’s in on her own.

She has dementia, On one occasion she thought there was a fire at her old school, there wasn’t it was just what my mom was seeing, the lady who answered the alarm was fantastic how she calmed her down and told her everything was going to be fine, thanks lifeline 24. May 01,2020I purchased a Lifeline24 Alarm for my father who lives alone at the age of 89. The contact I had with the company was excellent with an online chat before hand to ask various questions. The actual purchase was dealt with on the phone and was swift and polite. The delivery and installation was easy and the response team new exactly where I was in the installation.My Father is very pleased with the alarm and it gives me peace of mind that he would have help rapidly if something happened to him.
