Apr 23,2022I made a reservation online for storage space at this facility. Once I got there, Kristen walked me through the process. She made signing up very fast, easy, and clear. The facility is in very good condition. With all the security, I feel safe storing my belongings there. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for location to store your stuff.

Apr 23,2022I was very happy with George and his excellent care of me and my storage needs. He was friendly, and got me the best deal. The unit was clean and spacious. He showed me my choices and did not give me the high pressure sales pitch. He explained everything thoroughly. I will be glad to tell all of my ladies at my convention about his service!!!

Apr 19,2022Upon my arrival, I was met by Elton who was very professional. Elton took time to explain several options available, and helped me decide the proper unit for the amount of goods I needed to store. Elton physically showed me 3 different units, and made my decision much easier than I had originally expected. Not only was Elton very informative, but he looked for various cost saving options that would save me money. I highly recommend Elton.

Apr 18,2022Had an excellent experience with Mr. Butler. He made me feel comfortable. Took the time to take me to the different units until I found the one that best suited my needs. To move in was seamless... went over docs, received my keys, gave me full tour and educated me on how to proceed online to pay each month for unit. I was very impressed with the storage location, very clean and felt this is a better fit to go to climate control vs. Outside storage. Thank u Mr. Butler.... job well done

Apr 17,2022my wife and I went to three different storage facilities in Naples, Fl and fortunately for us the third was Life Storage on Goodlett Frank Road. We were welcomed and assisted with Evan and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He made everything clear and the price was half what we were quoted at another facility on Golden Gate. The building is clean and nicely lit. We are very pleased and we suggest it highly! Mark

Apr 16,2022I rented a 5 x 10 ft space at Life storage on 465 N Desplaines St. Chicago. On the day of the move, the space looked much smaller. When I measured it, was actually closer to 4.5' x 8.75', plus a lot of the overhead space was unusable. When I pointed this out to the staff member, he kept repeating that the measurements are "approximate as stated on the website". So I was forced to rent a 10 x 10 when all the items were previously stored in another 10 x 5 ft storage space. Classic bait and switch and totally unethical.

Apr 16,20221st I reserved my unit with Donna who was very helpful. Then when it came time to get my unit Donna was great. She explain everything to me. Donna is very friendly and easy to talk to. Went to my unit there was a welcome package which had a lock and key, pen, key ring and something to open the lock package. The storage unit was clean of dirt and stuff

Apr 23,2022Great experience with Virginia and Bonita! From our initial contacts to getting the unit everything has gone smoothly. Great communication, helpful and super friendly! Very patient and kind. The whole facility and units are very clean!
