We HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! We relocated out of state we rented a unit and found out it was too far from our home . We were able to find a unit close to our home and ww had no issues doing so!! Thank you Abrams location and Vicki for your help!!!

Ms Snell was very polite and pleasant to deal with after driving around all day looking for a storage at a reasonable price. Her willingness to help my husband and I was very much appreciated. Thank you Ms Snell in Jacksonville FL

The service was really great. I was surprised about the indoor 8x4 unit. It has a very small door so large furniture won’t fit. But the customer service rep, Austin, was very helpful in getting me what I needed last minute.

Guy at the front was in a bad mood the whole time but I ignored it. After I paid he went off on how I “interrupted his lunch break and he wanted me to know I disrespected” him. Door was open and lights were on so I didn’t know I interrupted him. I apologized and told him I wasn’t in a hurry and would’ve waited if he said something. He then became a big jerk so I got annoyed and told him he needed a drink and walked out. Worst service ever.

Like another reviewer I have been with Life storage since they bought it out from Uncle Bob's storage. At first it was good, no issues I think for the first year but to be honest me ex-wife and I divorcing the next year, and I was content to not have anything to do with the place for obvious personal reasons. Eventually I noticed the price was going up and up and up to the point now I'm paying $140 a month for a 10x10. Whether you agree with the price that is over $50 dollars more than when i actually signed the damn contract and all they ever do is sent out a crappy little piece of paper saying to cover the cost in rising expenses. What rising expenses? Nothing has changes at the lot that would cause a damn increase! The obviously don't use pest control, I looked through a dresser the other day and found little turds. Oh, an as much as they keep raising prices, they apparently can't afford a trash service! If your going through your stuff and getting rid of some old stuff or just trying to downsize make sure you have room in your vehicle to take the stuff with you because they have locks on the trash can. SO what does this over priced storage fee, that continuously gets increased, get you? Not good or even decent customer service! At least not my lot, 7400 Barker Cypress Rd in Cypress, they are incredibly hard to reach on the phone or in person and when I do get lucky enough to talk to one of them it is usually rather dismissive and just down to business. Which is ok but I can honestly say I've used so many different storages over the years and can say that in my experience I am usually greeted and ask how I'm doing, what new or so, here even if I am the only one in the lobby there is no attempt at any kind of customer relationship. Let me put it this way I have had storage there for years and I couldn't even hazard a guess a the manager's name or what it even starts with... it is a woman is all I can tell you. Maybe other lots are better I don't know, but i can say in general the 800 call center is pretty good at customer service usually, but don't call them to make a payment. Unless you do make a payment online to auto pay there is going to be a fee. You can't even pay as guest/gift thing without a fee. I was having a little money issues and missed a payment and when I went to pay online I couldn't remember my login info so i went to pay as guest/gift because I didn't want to go through the process of resetting my password and discovered there was a fee for using the guest/gift pay option.

Becky was very friendly and helpful and made it a great experience with getting a storage unit. Our unloading went smooth with the rolling carts. Facility is very clean and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

After being a good customer, with long term storage, on and off since the Uncle Bobs days, I will be emptying my 2 10x25’s and will NEVER use or recommend life storage ever again. I understand that it is a business and that periodic increases are inevitable but 20% is ridiculous!!! Will have to go through time and expense to move but will be well worth it in the long run. $558 for 500 square feet when I will be getting 504 square feet for $360. Used to love and highly recommend Uncle Bobs. Have been very disappointed and stressed out with Life Storage…they have become VERY GREEDY!!!….Rip off artists….would give them ZERO stars if possible!!

I made a reservation a month ago for my 10X30 unit ( mid priced). It said it would be 1 month free on that one but the manager said I did not get the 1st month free. He was a bit of a snot when I spoke with him on the phone, saying the rate I wanted was not available. I hung up and was able to book the rate I had seen that he told me was not available. THe day I paid, I was truly agravated that he would not honor the 1st month free. The following day when I showed up with a 24 ft truckful of items to store, he had called in personal and the building was closed. I booked a unite near the door on purpose but had to go to the side entrance where another large truck was unloading.It was extremely inconvenient and just made me more angry that he did not honor my 1st month free. Consequently,the manager before him (Dan) was very friendly and very helpful. Bring Dan back please.

I was disappointed because I was told I would get 1 month free for the 5x5 unit. I found it necessary to rent a 5x10 and no free month.

The lady at the store when I went was Mycael. She was totally awesome and made everything easy to setup and get done. Moving is a really aggravating time and she helped my wife and I relax, laugh and smile. Definitely glad to have gone to this location.
