Listen clear has helped my hearing. I don't say I'm sorry what? Or can you repeat that please? Nearly as much anymore. I recommend the extra insurance because I got a replacement hearing aid no questions asked when I lost one of them. The customer service is fantastic. I have no complaints at all.

The hearing aids work well to improve my hearing, but the right one for some reason hurts my outer ear.

Hearing aid amplify sound but mis directed Voice is clear in front of me only behind I don’t us it. It sits in drawer unused

No rude conduct just dissatisfied with the product. I bought it in July2018. They seemed to work fairly well for the 45 day free trial period so I went ahead and signed a contract. Then I started having problems. The right one kept falling out, so I called and they sent me different ear pieces They worked a little better, but one fell out and I thought I had lost it forever, but ended up finding it in my back pack. I just decided to live with it. Then the button that adjust the sound stopped working. I called you all again and you said to send them back and you would fix them. I did that and was without hearing aids for a few weeks, but I was still making my $79 monthly payment. When I got them back I they seemed to be ok, but the batteries were only lasting a few days. I don’t know if your hearing aids are making my hearing worse or what but they don’t seem to be doing the trick for me. I called you all again and ask if I could return them and stop making payments after I had already made over $700 in payments for something that was not working for me. Your customer service rep said no that you would not do that. They did say I could go have hearing test and send the aids back to you with the results and you would adjust them. Again without aids for who knows how long while still paying for them. I have sent the aids back with the test results and am waiting impatiently for their return. I am very dissatisfied. Please help me out here.
I was extremely disappointed and felt that I threw $900+ dollars away. The device never worked right, even with making changes. All I could hear was background noises, not conversations I was having. Customer service is very nice though.
i really enjoy wearing my hearing aid and hearing stuff around me that i probably would not be able to hear without them. I enjoy the ability to make monthly payments also.
I could have used more help in getting my. Hearing aids ajusted.
The hearing aids do increase volume, however, I experience difficulty with certain tones; some voices are great, while others produce sounds that I do not understand in the least Also, the right aid is loose, and spins around, makling it difficult to insert..

Work as good as I expected. I really liked them.
The only thing that was annoying was that I could here myself chewing my food. The right hearing aid I have a lot of nose and sometimes it buzzes. I use to change the battery but found out all I have to do is open to disconnect the battery then reattach then it’s good. I did replace the plastic ends with other ends I had from other hearing aids and I’m much happier, I can’t hear myself chewing.

Customer service has been outstanding. I sent my hearing aids in for modification after I received a hearing test and they were prompt with their service. For the price, I like the product. No complaints on my end.
