Mar 16,2019At time of purchase, you offered life time free batteries and then turned around and charged a shipping and handling charge that exceed the cost of just buying the batteries somewhere else. Nice sales gimmick, but not a very nice business practice.

Mar 16,2019I never new I would be able to hear much better and thought that I had to go though life missing out on so much that makes life wonderful such as missing out on my grandchildrens laughter and so much that I had been missing out on by not being able to hear good as I age . I love my hearing aids and dont feel I would ever want to go with out them and feel they are a big part of me.. Your company listen to me and made me feel that you truly care about my needs of being able to hear again and most of all to afford to hear. Im so very happy you were able to work things out as Im on Socail security abd cant afford much but you made it possable that I can now afford to hear so much better . Now I can hear everything and never miss out any more on important things in life. I would reconmand your services and wonderful caring company to any and every one. I just want to say thank you for opening up a new world of being able to hear much better again. Blessings Kimberly NC

Mar 15,2019Listen Clear is not a hearing aid. It is a hearing enhancement. It does not clarify conversations. As far as I can tell it does nothing to reduce background noise, the volume control is non-existent. Does not help with telephone conversations. I have had the snap on earpiece come off in my ear twice and had to have it medically removed. Most disappointing and extremely costly.

Mar 15,2019The hearing aids are easy to use. Payment program is nice. My first experience with hearing aids. Right and left easily marked. I like the remote. However, the remote is easily turned on when carrying it in a purse. Needs a more secure on/off switch.

Mar 15,2019I was disappointed with the hearing aids because I still struggle to hear many conversations. ListenClear tried to accommodate, but results were minimal. The cost compared to the results is the issue.

Mar 15,2019There is a wait to get on a call with customer service but once you are connected the people treat you great! The hearing aids are better than ones i had spent a lot more money for. I had the hand held sound adjuster and this was very helpful in adjusting the volume as well as the ability to hear in different situations. i would recommend these aids to others looking to have a better hearing experience.

Mar 15,2019I've had hearing loss all my life. I've tried several hearing aids. The ones I've been with Listen Clear are the best. They are clearer. I can wear them while talking on the phone without beeping. There are no whistles going off out in the wind. I have nothing but good to say about Listen Clear. The support team and all the ones I've dealt with there are very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a stress-free hearing aid. No problems here with my aid. I love it.
