Mar 16,2019Well, I've asked if I could send these back for longer wires as I have very large ears and I have lost 2 just wearing them (one was recently found at our church). You sent me 2 extended wires that were exactly the same length as the ones in my units, but my units don't have that style wire and I didn't want to pull the wires any harder than I already had and be left with a broken device. They allow in more background noise than voices and I am not real happy with them at all.

Mar 16,2019my rating is closer to 4.5. the people are great to work with, But there seems to be a lack of follow up one you get past the trial. I got a set for my mother, she said they worked fine,,, for a while???? now it may be that her hearing is getting worse, except that she tells me that the batteries dont seem to last quite as long. Im not sure what to do to help her, shes tried the real expensive aids and when she started using these, she told me they worked better than a $3grand set she tried. now a year has passed. she still uses them every day, I dont know if there is a way to get her hearing back to a level that Im not having to holler at her.... I still wounder why the batteries dont last as long????

I appreciate the discount I was given and the fact that they were the only hearing aid company who allowed me, a fixed income, disabled individual, the opportunity to get my much needed hearing aids, by being able to make low monthly payments. I tried going through various other places and they turned me down flat as soon as they reviewed my income.

Mar 16,2019I was very happy with the hearing aids. They started whistling and I was at a restaurant and took them out and forgot them and they threw them away. I wish I would have had insurance on them. I will be purchasing another pair as soon as I get the money saved. I would recommend them to everybody that has a hearing problem. Great product.
