Mar 16,2019Most of the time my hearing aids work very well, but sometimes my right is very faint even with a new battery. I do not know if I need a new review of my problem or the electronics inside them need re calibrating.

Mar 16,2019I suppose they work okay. Mostly an amplification system. Unfortunately they don't help me all that much. Found out I have a tumor on my left side auditory nerve that needs brain surgery. What fun!. Anyway that was what was causing my hearing issues, which the hearing aids do not help with.

Mar 16,2019I have had nothing but good contact with Listen Clear. They have been able to meet all my needs and have listened to my concerns. I would recommend then to anyone who doesn't want to pay thousands for hearing aids. I unfortunately have uncommon ear canals and could only use one hearing aid. I informed them of my problem and they quickly adjusted my order accordingly.

Mar 16,2019the customer service at listen clear is 100% satisfying. they do everything to make talking to them a pleasure and they salve any problems fast and easy. They give better service then you would ever expect. when my hearing aid quit working I called them they tried to fix the problem over the phone when that did not work they sent me a postage free return label. kept me informed on what was going on thru phone calls and e-Mail. they sent the ade out to get fixed and mailed it back Fedex as fast as possible. it took around 18 day's but it cost me nothing . and the ade works great

Mar 16,2019Not working! Only had them for a few months and I already lost the one for the right side. Don't miss it much because the left is the one I need! Unfortunately the left one doesn't work anymore. I tried several new batteries and it won't power on. I haven't gotten it wet or damaged it. I placed it in the storage case because I wasn't going to wear it for a week (that turned into 6 weeks) and now it won't work.

Mar 16,2019The hearing aids are great. Batteries are very easy to install. Love everything about the product and the payment arrangements are very convenient for seniors. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs them.

Mar 16,2019When I learned I needed hearing aids and no one else would help me, I received a call from Listenclear. Until then I was sure I would have to live with my hearing loss. My husband and I are on disability and could not afford hearing aids or get financed any where else.You have been exceptional patient answering any questions I've had. Super fast sending supplies I ordered. I just cannot thank you enough and seems to be a very good quality of hearing aids. Thank you again!

Mar 16,2019The monthly payment is reasonable. I’m enjoying being able to hear in my right ear again. When I had a problem with my aid, I just sent it back for repair and got it back really fast and in good working order.

Mar 16,2019Started off fine. Then I had to have carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. Could not use hearing aids for several months, because I couldn't put them in my ears. When I was finally able to use them I couldn't get them to work right. Changed batteries several times in both the hearing aids and the remote. I could hear what was going on around better than who I was talking to.

Mar 16,2019I enjoy my hearing aid especially at the movies 🎥 🤗 The only negative I have is when I am in a warm environment I must remove it because it makes me feel too warm for comfort 😛 . Nancy Scribner
