Dec 06,2021Bought a Rims and tyre package online, with the 0% interest rate over a course of 3 months which not many companies do, my experience with their customer support was brilliant I couldn't of asked for better response to my questions all answered in good time and to say I did all my purchases online, I received my wheels on time, even during the struggling times we are going through atm. Couldn't of asked for better, and the wheels look amazing.

Nov 11,2021Bought a set of alloys £1200 off these said they would fit. Had my old tyres taken off and put on the new alloys at a garage and when I got home they where catching the caliper ( the garage fault) spoken to them and they said they would ring back never did rang them back the day ofter and they said to use a spacer. They sent the spacer and new nuts silver nuts with black wheels but still don't fit. Rang again said they would call back and I've emailed twice with no reply. Stuck with a set of alloys that don't fit. Not good

Sold me a set of alloys for my car using blanks (alloys with centres still un-machined so they can be cut to fit various offsets and fit different cars/manufacturers) Received the alloys and the front wheels are hitting the callipers?! lol Had to laugh They cut the alloys to the wrong offset, took months to sort out but still didn't get the right alloys and refunded instead.

Sep 14,2021Dealt with Fraser for info and sizing who was great to be fair. However one of the wheels I eventually bought, has a defect. Dealt with Jeremy who’s communication has been nothing short of terrible. All blame on the fact the wheel was late by 3 weeks went to the supplier, with no acknowledgement of lk performance part in The issues and lack of communication. He even suggested is was ok for me to use a wheel which is not load rated for the vehicle I drive while I was waiting for the wheels to arrive. The defect has not been acknowledged or corrected despite several emails, simply “I’ve passed it to the supplier (wolfrace)” I bought it from you, you are my point of contact!!! They should have noticed the defect while fitting the tyres so blame is entirely with lk performance. Do not use this company!!!

Sep 10,2021In February I paid LK £2500 for a set of Bronze and Black Ferrada alloy wheels. I had the wheels fully protected with ceramic coat but by April the black paint on the outer lip was flaking off on both front wheels. I was given a 6 month warranty with the alloys so I started the process on making a claim. Firstly, I had to send pictures then have the tyre removed to take a picture of a barcode on the barrel of the wheel (at my cost £10 per wheel) LK or manufacturer wouldn't cover this! Nothing materialised for a couple of weeks, I rang multiple times to ask for an update but to be told that ferrada have decided they aren't covering warranty's in the UK due to salt being used on our roads and our weather conditions, even though it states on the bottom of my invoice a 6 month warranty applies to my wheels! Apparently they tried to fight my corner but I never once received a phone call from LK performance over the 6 months on how this was going on. Eventually after ringing weekly asking politely for an update to be greeted over the phone mostly by the most unhelpful and ignorant fellow I've ever spoke to that; LK were now going to take some form of responsibility for their sale and offer to have them refurbished for me. At first they said I would need to deliver them to their site to be refurbished, a 140 mile round trip, evidently I wasn't happy about this and insisted on getting a quote from somewhere local to me and them covering the bill, to be told that 'we get them done cheap down here though' not something you want to hear after you've spent £2500 pound on alloys. Couple more weeks go by and after taking them to a wheel specialist local to me it turns out the black lip on the alloys is a decorative pressed on piece of light metal to achieve the 2 colour combination and would need removing to avoid this happening again and I was given a quote of £100 pound a wheel which for the work and size 20" it's perfectly reasonable. I sent the quote over to LK performance, claimed 'the uk's no.1 supplier of alloys' where I heard nothing back for a week and when I rang them they only had £300 to give me towards the the refurb. All in all, utter shambles Customer service - doesn't exist Attitude - stinks Loyalty to customers - wouldn't lag on you if you were on fire. Awful experience

Aug 27,2021Decided to go with LK Performance due to their huge range and tyres options available, ordered wheels and tyres online, got a "dispatch email " with no tracking info! Emailed them to get some tracking info, "you'll get them today", great but no, arrived a day later which wasn't an issue, removed all the packaging to find 2 wheels without wheel weights and the weights sat at the bottom of the pallet. Contacted customer service who replied " a build up of heat in the packaging has probably caused them to fall off"!! probably one of the funniest excuses I have ever heard, nice try LK Performance, try harder next time and get the tyre fitter to brake clean the area where the wheel weight goes....Shame as the wheels and tyres are amazing and packaged really well. Off we go to a local tyre fitter then, invoice goes to LK Performance.

May 06,2022LK Performance supplied a set of Fox Alloy Wheels for my 2020 Mercedes C Class Coupe,they where supplied with all the New Bolts & Centre Caps these wheels where chosen because of the correct offset and i had no problems with the fitting on the car and the guy's in the sales team are very helpful with advice on fitting etc.
