Jul 01,2021After purchasing various sets of alloys and tyres We had a faulty tyre with little miles, After contacting LK regarding this and advised to send photos on email so they could deal with it ( I specifically asked did they want the tyre returning they said no) After chasing this because of no reply to our email They have now decided they need the tyre back ! Obviously it’s been disposed of. Customer service NO - Bothered - NO - Existing customer retention- NO. Avoid at all cost

I bought a set of alloy wheels this year costing over £1200 I hit a pot hole and cracked one of my alloys...I contacted LK to order a new one with no problems, but to get a phone call later that week to tell me I can’t buy the wheel in singles, I have to buy In a pair which I thought was very strange, anyways I said go for it, at least I had another for a spare at a cost of £600 Wheels arrived and booked it in to get fitted, went to collect my van and noticed that where they have had the wheel drilled for wheel nuts they hadnt been powder-coated (my wheels are all black) and the alloy was showing, no one noticed apart from me, Another £170 to be fitted Told them, only to get a reply of “Oh yeah! We did notice that” even though it stuck out like a sore thumb.....AND they had the wheels for over a week and didn’t think to check them So, had to get booked back in to get them powder coated the following Friday (hard when you run a buisness and lose another days wage), they supposedly sorted them, told me not to wash them for 24 hours which I didn’t, I left it for nearly a week, then sure enough first wash the spray paint (not powder coat) came off, also found out that the holes drilled are completely different to the original wheels I got in the first place Called them, only to a reply of “Nothing we can do, you shouldn’t power wash your wheels” all the rest are fine....asked about why it’s been sprayed and not powder coated...he said that he never said it would be powder coated.....ALL LIES!! Really bad customer service, like they just want to take your money and when you leave the shop that’s it..... Never be using LKBadPerformance again, I suggest you do the same

I ordered my wheels over the phone with Jack who was helpful and knowledgeable to my needs. He rang me when my wheels were in and we arranged fitting. The fitting was very professional and I was given lots of advice on my new wheels, well done to LK Performance, I will definitely use you again!

May 15,2021Fitting efficient, staff friendly and would buy from them again. Star deducted as told when I got there would be charged for fitting as wasn't getting tyres. This was despite checking when ordering that fitting was included. Did have to pay for fitting but price for this reduced.

May 02,2021Absolute nightmare. Do not use this clowns if you are buying online and do not live within driving proximity from the garage. They do not give a monkey about you and your order, like they guy said to me on the phone "we have about 50 orders a day" Needed new rims urgently as I've damaged, buckled up mines. Chose set in stock, delivery within 2-3 days, direct replacement for my car. Well it took a month!!! I understand things can go wrong but they just lie to you over the phone, don't call back as promise, don't reply to your emails. Only got back to me when I've threatened to open PayPal case. Wasted money for cancelled garage appointments while waiting for rims, had to move tpms sensors twice as when rims arrived they were not direct fit, they had to be fitted using spigot rings which were not send. Had to use another car for a month. Nightmare. And at the end they obviously blame supplier saying "we don't know where rims are, either not with us or being sent directly to you" so how they show on your website as in stock? "Rims were sent to you directly from supplier and should have sent the spigot rings" No, why would they, on your website at the point of purchase the message was clearly showing direct fit, replacement.

Apr 16,2021The only real way to review a company is to go through their customer service dept first. Unfortunately these guys failed that test. Such a shame too. The business could have been great if they put in the effort. After deciding on a set of alloys and tyres the website strongly recommended we buy a set of tyre pressure sensors or the car will fail it's MOT. Having no clue about cars we went for a set and emailed in to make sure it was all a good choice. It was confirmed by the company twice that our choice of wheels, tyres and TPMS sensors was ok. Before and after purchasing. They take about a week on each email reply on average if you leave them to it by the way. We later discover that our car doesn't need the sensors so asked for a refund which the company agreed to. A bit of good faith. One star. When we went to ATS' local shop to have the sensors removed from inside the wheels and returned to LK we discovered no sensors were present so we've basically been suckered. We may have never found out. The company argues that someone at LK might have known we didn't need the sensors so they didn't fit them and we were going to get a refund. It's been more than a month since the order...I imagine the refund was going to be done in six months time, just before Christmas. All a big nice Christmas surprise. Now chasing LK with the credit card company and Action Fraud. So yeah...buy with confidence. Don't let that little hiccup put you off.

Apr 13,2021Three things I learned buying new wheels with LK Performance, 1) Brexit is a pain currently, 2)TTRS calipers are a pain all the time, 3) Trust LK for the best results. First set of wheels didn't arrive thanks to brexit, which I'm actually pleased about, read on.. Second set both myself and LK were lied to about fitment over brake calipers, I won't mention the manufacturer here. Third set were on the recommendation of Marc at LK and I'm so glad I went with his expert advice. Ended up with a set far more capable than my original choice and can't sing their praises enough. Patience definitely paid off. If you're considering a set of wheels and are reading this, ask for their advice first and choose a set afterwards. Looks are all well and good but performance is better. Thanks LK - well happy.

Feb 03,2021ordered wheels stated as "in stock" , there idea of in stock is either in there stock or at a factory in germany , due to brexitt and new custom rules/import duty there are huge delays (actually DPD are not operating germany to UK any more( , asked for a refund , fobbed off , so opened claim on paypal , the "manager" or is that the owner? says whilst dispute in place he cannot issue refund and suggests i close paypal case (yup sure) , they have only to accept paypal claim and i will be refunded

Dec 14,2020I have dealt with many wheel companies over the years and never had as bad an experience dealing with these guys. Glad to see it's not just me thats had bad experience, proves my point. I suggest choose wisely and go with those who actually give a s**t about there customers and not about profit. Be warned and read the reviews!

Had my wheels / tyres fitted on the way up to Scotland... very fast service , mechanic who fitted them was superb and informed me that I had an oil leak on my van ...they even put cardboard down in the back of the van for the wheels they removed ! Brilliant work you guys !!! 👍😊

Nov 05,2020Terrible company. Used once before, didn’t have wheels I ordered, settled for different set. Ordered another set of wheels last week, surprise!! No longer do these wheels. Can do others for £300 more. Paid via debit card. Absolute terrible to get refund. Avoid like the plague. Had to get my bank to cancel transaction. Huge Headache. Huge Disappointment. Rude phone manner. AVOID. FALSE ADVERTISING ( no explanation, ignore question to falsely advertising). Total fob off and excuses. Thankfully Lloyds bank stepped in. Disgusting company. Avoid. Wouldn’t give them the time of day ever again.

They helped me choose different alloys that fit my style and preference and had them boxed up and shipped to me very quickly! Aug 03,2021Ordered some wheels on a Saturday, and they was fitted in a hour on the Thursday. I’m very pleased with the overall service that I was given. The wheels have transformed the look of my Scirocco, and would certainly go back if I ever get new wheels in the future.
