Jun 20,2019Ordered a set of Veemann 19" wheels and tyres. Ordered on a Thursday and arrived on the following Wednesday. Good comms from the staff. I did have to chase for tracking details but no big deal. Slight issue with the incorrect spigot rings, Peter was very helpful and had a new set sent for next day delivery. Wheels look fantastic now they're on.

May 11,2019This has to be the worst company on the planet. I bought a set of alloys wheels off them which stated them came with part worn tyres which had 4.5mm tread. Wheels arrived quickly. Alloy were in good condition, was happy with these. Tyres looked worn in places but I had an untrained eye. Went to a garage to have the alloys fitted with supplied tyres where the garage refused to fit them as the tyres on the outer edges where below legal limit and would fail an mot instantly. I messaged the company straight away at 9.30 in the morning. No reply for 12 hours. Reply only said “can we have pictures of the tyres” I went to the garage and got pictures the next day. All pictures sent. As I said before I was happy with the alloys so asked the garage to get me some tyres as I was sure that when I proved to LK the tyres were useless and they had lied about the tread they’d do some sort of compensation to help towards the cost of new tyres. Well I was so massively wrong..... I have been arguing with them now for 3 days only to be offered a £40 refund!!! £40? That’s not even 50% of 1 of the 4 tyres I purchased! No apology, nothing but rude blunt responses. They asked me to send the alloys back ..... I would do this if I had not purchased the new tyres and also the alloys aren’t the problem, the fact they lied about tyre tread is my issue. So heads up .... this company is a bunch of liars, Del Boys and rude individuals who are only out to make a quick buck at others expense and take no responsibility for shoddy goods. BEWARE!!

Apr 15,2019I thought going to a reputable company such as LK that I would have a smooth, problem free purchase. I bought some alloy wheels with a tyre package for my car and was told to expect 3-5 business days delivery. Well a week went by and I hadn't even recieved anything about my order being processed so I rang up. The person who I spoke to on the phone was very rude. He told me that he would look in to my order and ring me back later that day. I didnt receive a phone call so I rang up the following day and he had told me that my wheels were in Germany and should be with me in a couple of days. A couple of days went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I rang back and spoke to the same man who said that he would look into it and call me back. As you probably guessed, no return phone call. I rang again. I was then informed that my wheels had mysteriously gone missing from a warehouse in Germany and that the manufacturers were sending a new set out. By this point it seemed like I was getting the run around. A few more days went by and I still hadn't recieved any email confirmation regarding delivery. So I rang the company again. This time I spoke to someone different who had absolutely no idea about the wheels being in Germany and said there was nothing on the system, just that they were on their way from Italy and would be with them in a couple of days. A couple of days went by and I finally recieved a phone call saying that my wheels had arrived and were getting the tyres fitted. My wheels arrived and I fit them on the car and it was immediately obvious that the wheels were not balanced so I rang again. The company said that i would have to take them to a garage to get them balanced and they would reimburse me. So I did. (I also got the tpms sensors swapped from my old wheels to the new ones) When I sent the invoice to LK performance they replied refusing to pay because I got my sensors swapped over saying that would cause my wheels to be out of balance. Neglecting the fact that the wheels were out of balance prior to ever even being in the garage. I will never be using this company again and I would strongly reccomend people to steer clear. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Apr 06,2019Would rate them zero if option was there My first alloys ever and I chose this lot LKW cyclone avoid My wheels corroded badly after a few months what a mess . So called warranty 6 months? Why does not all chrome finish corode Because these are not lacquered proppertly They're in it for a quick buck Avoid Buy at your peril

Website is very very outdated, I ordered some Ispiri wheels that they claimed were available on there website there let you pay and order these wheels, to then be emailed saying there can longer get them, also wheel sizes for example offsets it only says one size and doesn't change even after doing a car fitment check, so a lot of alloys that you might want may or may not fit so it best to ring and find out. 2. Response, after finding out the wheels I payed for were no longer available I received an email to tell me they cant do the size I want. I emailed back and fourth many times and some times left hours & even days without a reply, I then got so frustrated with the late responses I started calling them to then be told every-time can you give me 5/10mins and we will get back to you, then to be waiting hours again for a reply. 3. Delivery. after looking though their website for hours more and having to email or call to confirm there could actually get the alloys or the right size for my car I finally found some more alloys winch turned out to be more money, I placed my order and as stated on the website they should arrive 7-10days, I was told the alloys would be arriving on the Tuesday/Wednesdays one week after my order, comes to Wednesday I had no delivery confirmation or nothing about my wheels being delivered, so I phoned them to then be told they haven't even ordered my alloys yet and I would have to wait another week, I was also (promised they guarantee Tuesday without delay) Tuesday comes and still no delivery confirmation or alloys, so I call them again to be told they have only just been ordered and I need to wait another week!!! I am now very sceptical about any of my order being correct or even arriving for the 3rd time they say they would. summary: I am very annoyed and disappointed with the full experience and safe to say I would never order from here again or recommend them to anyone! they have got very shady like salesmen ship and just tell you want you want to hear just to get you off the phone, my order was the alloy and tyre package costing over £2.5K. Still not received my alloys and highly doubt they will be okay or correct when i do, after all the hassles I have had, absolutely no confidence in LK Performance

Mar 18,2019Alloy package and bolt set arrived as described and they look great on car. Would have given 5 star but no one responded to my query regarding length of time to deliver from ordering. It was only when I called they explained that my alloys are imported from the states and set days and this is why they take this long.

Mar 16,2019The guys seem nice enough to be fair. I find them occasionally a bit slow to respond to emails which can be a little frustrating. My issue is the length of time it has taken for me to receive a wheel stud cover plate I ordered after mine bounced off down the A38! I payed the £10 deposit for a £25 part back in November and still nothing and we are approaching April!!! The whole set of wheels only took 2 days to arrive, this is madness and very poor service. I don’t even receive an estimated arrival date. Can someone please help??? Anyone???

Feb 17,2019First they emailed me saying the website configured me the wrong alloys and it will not fit my car once I had bought it so their website missold me alloys for my car. Then they said they will get me the right ones and they will come from germany and it will take 5 working days. As over one month passes by they have stopped replying to my email. This company does not keep most of the items they list on their website. They take payment first then go to the manufacturing company and buy them at the customers time and expense.

Aug 23,2019Bought a set of coilovers from them on a Monday. Shipping is between 3-5 days. I called them twice by Friday and they supposed to call me back. I finally received them the next Tuesday. The person i spoke to did not even apologized for the delay.
